This is a true classic JDM car and it's a JDM legend in it's own right.
Old doesn't mean boring, this was a fun car to review and the sound I really like as well.

I had a 72 back in the day , it was really a fun car to drive.

1st gen Celica are very fine cars. Last year, more and more Celicas return to the roads in Norway. Some of them are imported from Sweden!
I myself have 72 cupe + 77 liftback projects. I also had an 84 Celica Liftback, which was imported from Sweden a few years ago.
Is it true that you did not get 1st gen Celica Liftbacker in Sweden from 75-77? 72-74 is the old, 75-77 is facelift.
yeah I love them as well, I have always liked them but after driving this I know why people really like them :)

@@TheSwedishCarGuy I have about 20 cars today. Everything from electric car, 4s up to a V12 ... From many brands. I have also saved many other cars, which in turn have been passed on to other car enthusiasts. I was involved in starting Toyota Sportsbil Club Norway. And have been a member of the AMCAR club in Norway + Cadillac and Buick clubs ... I think I have had a little over 70 cars in total, since I bought my first in?!?
