55/60W is the most common found in cars not 90/100W. 90/100 is more common in bigger commercial vehicles where the headlight is made of glass and reflector is made of metal. 90/100 even if used in cars (using relay) will burn your reflectors and in some cases deform your headlight housing due to the heat. Do read your car's manual and see the max wattage (usually it is 55W). Using 75W will drain your battery and in worst case will result in heating of your wiring which might result in short-circuit/fire. Use a relay and appropriate fuse if you are using something that consumes more power than the designed wattage.

The only problem is Reflectors and the headlight glasses will become hazy within a year or so.This is what i experienced with strong LED lights

As I know.... 55w is legal...as every company is giving it by default in halogens .... and the reflectors are also made for 55w.
