I print it from cricut or silhouette program but you could also just print from word, preview, photoshop. Thank you!

I'm using letter size 65lb text weight cardstock paper

Could you make this out of crepe paper?
Yes without the print and just cut by hand, I use cardstock paper and print with printer though.
Is there a pdf version of the template?
The template is a png or jpg template that can be used for Cricut, Silhouette, or just printed to handcut.
What size plastic bowl did you use?
