I can help you with this plane..
As you said you're not an a320 expert, but I can tell you that the default one is really bad, with physics, sounds and, most important, system depht.
1) for the steering wheel, you have to press a button on the tilter, to connect the steering wheel, and it becomes a butterfly. If you don't do that you steer only with the rudder, and that's why it wasn't steering at all.
2) Yes, unfortunately real Leap 1-A sounds like a vaacum cleaner, but it's perfectly brought to the sim, and from the back is different because of the air exaust and fuel consumption, so yes, it's realistic. cockpit is art, in my opinion, and almost everything works. physics looks weird, but it's like irl, because Airbus has the flybywire, so it's limited and managed by a computer

You can’t just come up with a conclusion without actually learning how to use it, this aircraft is miles ahead of the default and it’s very very nice, systems are a whole lot better, sounds as well, the actual aircraft from what I know, actually sounds like that. Probably the best aircraft you can find for free, if it was not free, I wouldn’t be surprised if it went for at least 40 bucks, that’s what it’s worth. And the steering problem is an easy fix, multiple people in the comments already told you how to fix it. This aircraft is just like the A310, very good, great in almost every aspect, but of course nothing is perfect.
The throttle for the A320 is broken for this new plane why how can I fix it? I play on controller 😞
Same here, when I increase or decrease the throttle on my Airbus sidestick it doesn't work.

Check the EFB settings page for the nosewheel steering option to be linked to your rudder peripherals. In the real world, most of the nosewheel steering is done by the tiller, which is sort of like the steering wheel of a car. Therefore, the rudders have limited dictation of how far the wheels turn. The nosewheel steering becomes less effective as the speed increases and the rudder becomes more useful, so the rudder pedals have a logic to limit the nosewheel steering as the aircraft accelerates as well.
I personally think that the A320neoV2 is a great addition to the aircraft list, as the systems fidelity becomes furthermore increased. Yet to fly it so I'll find out eventually, but I can expect a working FIX INFO page and more functions in the MCDU like that to dictate the flight management system or increase situational awareness, and overall more stuff on the panels to fiddle around with to make it that slight bit closer to real world operations.
Overall, whomever flies this plane in the sim might want some knowledge on how Airbus aircraft work before trying it out, and I'm sure you'll have a better experience with it after reading a couple manuals (you can find some older iterations of A320 FCOMs and QRHs online which I've used to do a little bit of studying the past couple years) or maybe just even UA-cam tutorials of the like. That makes me think that maybe the iniBuilds A320neo isn't for all audiences, but I certainly am all for it being an aviation systems freak and a (hopefully) future airline pilot. The enjoyment out of it just depends on what you want to get out of the simulator.
To use the rudder properly you have to enable something on the ipad in the cockpit. (I dont know what its called off the top of my head but its like rudder tiller)
You said that you cant steer it on the ground but if you go to the cockpit ipad computer thing then goto options and then turn the rudder control tiller on then you will have nose wheel steering
I remember the first few months I started flight simming and I didn’t understand how to steer lol. It was so frustrating. After 3 years I’m able to stay perfectly on the taxi line with every plane.
This a320 is more in depth hence why there's 2 of em on the tiller there's a nose wheel disconnect button try that

To get the A320 wheel to turn go to your iPad settings
If you are not familiar with the Fenix A320, Then yes this bird will be a problem for you. I just set it up and took off and it fly's well.
The sounds behind the back is super quiet that’s why I’m scratching my head a little on that? They said something these are the next gen engines that are supposed to be super quiet.. the plane is gonna take some time to learn and get used to

I don’t see how you can complain about a free product, it’s mainly for Xbox users that don’t have access to to fenix and fbw a320. If your just Gona complain, wait till MSFS 2024 or just get a pc

Personally I absolutely love this plane. Nearly all of the buttons in the cockpit are operative, and the cockpit is very realistic. The PFD is more realistic and is like the real aircraft. The engine sounds are nearly on point of the LEAP engines, and it comes with some liveries (including easyJet which is good news for me). I feel like the developers were very kind to us on Xbox, as I doubt this aircraft was targeted to PC users at all, and was only aimed at Xbox users. This is because Xbox users don’t have access to realistic A320s, like the Fenix or FBW, and the old default A320 is absolutely terrible.
Can’t wait to start learning this beast and doing some realistic easyJet operations. Another great video once again, man. Keep up the good work!
Also, the reason you can’t control the aircraft on the ground is because whenever you load into it, it is default set to tiller commands. You need to go into the EFB and change an option is setting to where the rudder controls the tiller. This will let you control it on the ground. Hope this helps!

ASOBO A320neo the centre fuel tank when empties the engine cuts out.....................
Nothing special yet its by far the best freeware aircraft provided and leagues better than the other A320. Shame there isnt any interior outside of the cockpit though.
i belive the v2 was targeted for console as they cant get the flyby wire 320NX for pc
For me personally the vertical speed dial cannot maintain a preset rate of climb or descent after selecting what I want. It just constantly scrolls all the way up to 6000+ and back down to 4500- continuously. The only way to control the aircrafts rate of climb is if you pull the altitude select know and force it into level change mode.... annoying as crap... anyone else having this issue? Also, not having any problems with ground handling/steering. Hope you get it resolved bro. What a let down of an update.... again... it's borderline criminal that microsoft and asobo have gotten away with this horrible excuse for a sim and on top of it continue to charge people money for an unrefined/unfinished product.

I dislike this aircraft for one reason: sounds. If you are on PC, you would know how much better the FlyByWire A32NX sounds are because these are just lazy at best. IniBuilds needs to step up their game because I'm waiting for their A350 that is supposed to be released at the end of this year.
I think the A320 new one is bad but my sim is still rigged won't even let me install the update but still trying to figure it out. By the way you could try too find nose wheel steering but other than that I don't know.
I can't seen to get the game to update either. When I launch the sim it says checking for updates and nothing. Skips right to normal launch. If you figure this issue out let me know please
If you’re not really in to system depth and stuff then yea Nothing here at all. As that was the purpose of the actual Ini320, systems depth. So yea probably nothing here for players like you FTV 👍

I wonder who’s review I should listen to. The airbus pilot saying this is an amazing aircraft, especially for free, or the person who thought the CS717 was good. No offense, I understand they’re your opinions, but I think you should learn how to use the plane. It’s miles better than the default. With that said, if you don’t plan on learning about the A320, that’s completely fine. Just saying what I think about this video.
