I've heard of a lot of different ways to do it, but this is the way that works 100% of the time, and since I'm doing this for a business I can't really expirement because the risk is that I have to do the job again for free if it fails, which I've had to do in the past when i tried to do it a different way then what I know works
I do these as well and from the bottom, put some make shift legs screwed into the exterior of the slide (2x4 on the vert). Put them on the outside of the slide (as in the back and front wall of the slide.) not on the outtler wall. This allows the new floor to slide in between the legs when bringing it underneath the slide for installation.
This might be a stupid question for people, but my floor is wasted. Exactly my whole side is but before I go pay someone I will try myself. My popout is all manual. Has rollers but you have to man handle is yourself to get in or out. . Anyways my question is : at 3:25 something about the grain of wood. Why do you want it the same direction?. Thank you
Nice Work ! , I just built a 147 x 41 inch floor inspired by you and your video (Thanks) What size Circular Saw did you use for your angled cut ? Thanks in advance
Thanks for the video sir, but I believe you beveled the top edge of the floor instead of the bottom edge. Every slide I’ve seen sits on the wear bar and slides in and out on an angle cut in the bottom of the floor. Was you slide different than most?
Thanks for the information, Landscape mode is the future.
Thank you for your support and help I followed you advice and I appreciate your knowledge I did the job and it came out great thanks again 🙏
I just used resin and joined 2 ...3/4 sheets together end to end.....worked like a champ

Definitely need an install video. I can’t seem to find a decent one anywhere
He has a partial install video on his TikTok account...
Ok so great floor build, now I know how to do that. How about installing it back into the slide? Does it go in from the top or the bottom?
Would like to know the same. Did you do a install video?

Do you have a video of removing a slide floor from the rv
Did you brace the slide?
What width did it end up being?

Thanks for information. Where can one find Wilsonart 950 Red industrial strength contact cement?
Thanks for the video sir, but I believe you beveled the top edge of the floor instead of the bottom edge. Every slide I’ve seen sits on the wear bar and slides in and out on an angle cut in the bottom of the floor. Was you slide different than most?
Some are beveled up, some are beveled down. Varies unit to unit
what can I use instead of Wilsonart 950 Adhesive? I can not get my hands on the 950.
What kind of saw
Thank you...

Where did you find the darko?@@gharley898
I found Wilsonart 700A Premium Aerosol Contact Adhesive. Is that just as good?
Why is it that no one uses pressure-treated plywood for this fix? Or marine-grade plywood
$ money $
So if it’s our own it’s worth it. I was wondering about wrapping the top of the plywood with the weatherproofing…
I did an sealed it wrapped. I'm old woman not planning on doing it twice
I just saw a ladies video using pressure treated plywood.
hi bro .. what is name of the black material??
Darco
Is the black water barrier attached with the same contact glue you used putting the plywood together?
Yeah he shows the barrier material install at the end of the video.
6:07 why not just paint it in bed liner?
Or use a roofing material like EPDM (rubber)? I thought about that too.
Can you use flex seal for weatherproofing?
Hey can you do mine lol
If you ran some biscuits in your 2 main pieces ???
