Not until she is seen in HELLBOUND. Here in the Philippines kim hyun joo is a star. A well and admired actress and has a lot of fans. Be it younger ones and older ones. We all love her charm and unique personality not to mention her great acting talent.
Even though it's been almost three years, I still consider myself a new fan. But I took the time to get to know her well. I'm not sure what kind of charisma she possesses. I didn’t know her as an actor. I was surprised when I start noticing her in movies. She has the appealing face of a great actor and that give a good reason to really notice. I saw that she acts with relaxed confidence, and she keep the glow of happiness on her face. She doesn’t have to smile, it’s just a glow. I heard her say how she become a family member to her staff. It tells me that her personality is warm and very approachable. She may think that acting over time gets a little harder because of the different roles, but what I see in her is how she fits like glove in all the roles I see her play. She is a gorgeous looking lady, and respectably modest. I like her, and she definitely have star qualities.
I absolutely love her in everything she does. She's so versatile and had such a broad range. No matter what I see her in, she pulls on your emotions, whether its happy or sad. I adore her. I also love when she works with Ji Jin Hee - they are so good together and their romances are always so intense and emotional. Kudos to both of them for engaging us to such depths! Kim gets prettier with age!
