I appreciate it when people ride within their limits, but still push it safely. I don't think anyone had ridden this trail before, we were all riding it blind.
That looked like an amazing day out! Great scenery and camaraderie while riding those hardest parts. Another great video and community ride, thanks for sharing Steve!
Looks like it was a sweet party! I was eyeing these trails when I was visiting my Grandma and Aunt in Mesa last fall. Looks like I’m gonna have to try them out. And holy smokes! That guy on drops might be even more of a maniac than you Steve!
One day, but this time we were there to ride. It would have taken an hour to get through everyone's bike checks, and a lot of people would have been standing around for an hour while we filmed that
Love the variety of hardtails in this video. I saw a Trek Roscoe, Ragley Big Al and your Binary Maniac for certain, and I think I saw a BC originals Podsol and an Orbea Laufey. Possibly a Yeti Arc as well although I'm not sure on that one. Be interesting to find out what everyone is riding in this video.
good eye, those are all correct. We also had an rsd middle child ti, kingdom vendetta, a chameleon, a couple customs, a banshee paradox v3, and a few that I'm forgetting at the moment.
I hope to see an in depth review of the fork you are using. I've been very very curious about it since you first talked about it a couple of weeks ago.
Miss desert riding! I had to actually throw an 80m stem on my chromag to get comfortable and have traction over the front. 42 mm was too upright and handling was so sketchY. totally different bike now.
Great vid. I ride a On One hello dave, really steep seat angle and slack head angle steel bike. Frames are selling for good price at moment it would be nice to see your review of one of them.
Great video! What are your thoughts on your new Jublo's Rush high contrast? I'd like to buy a pair of these but I'm afraid the pink-bluish-purple tint will distort Colors a bit too much and woulnd't be as effective in shadowy areas as a brown-amber tinted lens
This was a technically difficult trail and maybe a step up for some of the crew . That's the power of a group ride and being towed in . Nice riding .
I appreciate it when people ride within their limits, but still push it safely. I don't think anyone had ridden this trail before, we were all riding it blind.
Next time maybe have everyone say what hardtail they’re riding in their intro, that would be cool!
I thought the same thing💪🏽
Looks like an awesome ride.
Looks super fun! putting that Wren fork to the test, love to see it.
What a great way to start the day! Cheers.
That looked like an amazing day out! Great scenery and camaraderie while riding those hardest parts. Another great video and community ride, thanks for sharing Steve!
It was an amazing crew. I need to schedule another one.
So cool seeing different people approach the same line, from the same point of view

Man those trials skills sure paid off! Great job everybody!
That was a good time, thanks for organizing Steve!
Awesome having you out drew. You were shredding as always. Can't wait for the next one.
Thanks Steve! Great party 🎉
Bring that party to the UK. Love it.
I'd love to one day
There's a party in the mountains and even the guy with the drop bar bike is invited!
Looks like you are riding that new inverted Wren fork, can't wait for the review.
Yup, this was the innagural ride on the wren.
So inspired! A video that truly makes me want to get better!
This was so awesome to watch, lots of great riding from like-minded folks. Smiles for miles!
Shaun is absolutely insane for taking a full rigid bike with drop bars down sunset.
Yes, he is. It was surprising how much of it he rode. Great rider.
@@hardtailparty that's incredibly impressive! Legend
Great video as always!! It would be so cool to have a tell me about your bike section or companion video with all those rad hardtails to drool over!!

@@hardtailparty I'm happy I got that many.
I was there on my polygon Xtrada
Simply in awe. 😍😍
GJ-CO represent!
GJ CO here! It was a party!
Those sections are much more intense in person I'm sure! Thanks for sharing
This is such a cool video, first time I watch one of these E2E,
Awesome bunch of bikes & riders !
Crazy. Hard in your backs, feet, and hands. Interesting what bikes and builds did this party.
Looks like you had a blast.Ride on.
Fun times for sure.
This is amazing, you are strong riders - chapeau. Hands up!
Perfect trails for 29+. Looks like a fun time!
100%
That looked so difficult. Cody is a beast! Man, you forgot to do the bike checks during the introductions. Awsome riding all.
We were in a little bit of a rush. Next time...
Love all the laughing, sounds like great time
One of my favorite days on a bike for sure. We have a great crew
I was drooling over the bikes everyone was riding haha nice vid!
There were some rad bikes indeed
Excellent mountain biking!!
I hope to see an in depth review of the fork you are using. I've been very very curious about it since you first talked about it a couple of weeks ago.
I will be filming a dedicated review.
Can’t wait for the next one!
And the award for greatest voice goes to... Jensen! Stoked to ride with you again, i need to schedule another one.

You guys killed the climbs 💪🏾💯 nice work fantastic riding
Nice work! That is a tough trail even on a full squish. I was just ahead of you guys that day. Also great to see my work colleague, Jordan, shredding.
Jordan is a great friend and a shredder
This trail looks so fun. I hope to ride with your party at some point.

👌great stuff, I was also interested to see how the ragley big al did, do you think a 29er is more popular now, or may be the 27.5 ain't dead yet🤔
Drew ziraldo (check out his UA-cam channel) is a great rider and he shreds that thing. He had it set up singlespeed for this ride and he did great.
Dude on the ARC is a decent rider 😎 reppin’ the Yeti bro
Wes is a shredder
Great POV. Felt like I was there.
Seems like way too much for me and my BP V3, haha. Great ride, bravo.
Adam from grand junction was riding a green banshee paradox v3 on this ride and he crushed it.
Those trails are absolutely some of the most gnarliest I’ve ever seen
amazing trails
Interested in hearing how you felt the Maniak did in those tight, twisty tech sections (of which it seemed there were A LOT!).
It felt a little too slack and a little too long. It felt like it wanted spicier, steeper terrain, so i made some revisions after this ride.
Did these revisions make it to the first batch of production bikes?
@@tomhawk733 yes
@@hardtailparty excellent!! Every video and mention of the Maniak gets me more stoked to get my frame!!

I like the 0-3 tint so i can night ride in them. I always use reactiv lenses.
@@hardtailparty Thanks for the reply! do they also become dark enough to handle bright sunny days?
@@federicosciascia162 yes, but the 1-4 are darker.
Which 3.0 tires are you running. Thinking about a 29+ set for my RSD Mayor.
Jensen from phoenix. Smooth voice dude. Maybe get into doing voice overs.
I’m so bummed I missed this.
Next time!
What's brand is the blue bike? 💙
Yeti
How is that Wren fork treating you?
soooooooo many trail side Cholla, haha
Were must of the hard tail riders clipped in or clipless?
About 20% we're clipped in
I’m curious, why do you wear long sleeves in Arizona if it’s so hot?
Go ride Hawes in the winter and you’ll find out. It’s cold !
Arizona has more than one temp, lol
How did you like the inverted forks?
I'll be doing a dedicated review soon. For those that can't wait, I'm happy to talk about it over on Patreon.
That person on the rigid has to have some skills. I would not want to ride a trail like that rigid let alone on my 29er drop bar bike.
Cody just greases everything. Did you say he was a pro rider in another video?
Yes, he raced pro in the past. He's an extremely confident and competent rider.
