- During this part of the massage after the face and head massage and assisted abdominal breathing in Part I, the massage continues and I start to work on Jeremy’s toes to free up the roots of tension higher up. Just a question Doctor, why do you do the stomach pumping?
Love the videos, my feet need this soooo bad.
The stomach pumping moves the energy that has been stirred up in other parts of the body but hasn’t left the body.
It’s like a garbage disposal unit and you don’t want it to jam up with too much junk so the pumping helps move it out of the body through the mouth as airs and gases and noises and screams and cries.

Do certain chopsticks work better than others?
brb_coffee absolutely first of all you want round pointed Japanese chopsticks then it all depends on the diameter. The narrower means the more precise.
