I honestly love shoulder length ones but nothing really in mind. I pretty much stick to Finn and wear it everyday. I wasted so much money trying to find my “one”, that after I did, I just stick with that one wig for now. I enjoy your personality in your videos and you make me laugh with the little things you do. Hi Deb, congratulations on getting you a Hollywood! I love the shine it comes with, you might be fine with it right out of the box when you see it in person... I always find any attempts to take down the shine, takes away it's silicone and you can get that back... Dry shampoo will take it away. If you do use dry shampoo - be sure you have some Armor All ready to help you manage the loss of silicone. Let me know what you think when you get her 🤗
Omg! I love you and your videos! Class of 85 rocks. Age does not define me either. I still Roller Skate for exercise. I Do not have hair loss but just very fine hair. I want to changecolors and styles without damaging my hair. Most videos I have seen, To me, The wigs are too flat and look wiggy to me. Keep making videos! I have a suggestion for us newbies to wigs that I hope you will consider. When you talk about wigs you do already mention the style name and color number. However, it would be very helpful if you would also mention the company or the website where you can purchase the wigs you demonstrate. Welcome in here to my daily dazzle (lol) I have been reluctant to mention where I purchase my wigs from because so many companies carry them, some may have carried it when I made the purchase initially and have stopped so it may appear to be discontinued, and if I direct you to one site, another might be having a sale or discount that may be missed out on. This is so great Dawn! First of all, you and I are soooooo similar!! I grew up in the 80s and totally got all your references (I graduated in 1990 but in junior high and the first few years of high school big hair was THE thing (mine has always been too thin to have big hair though). I am also a hoarder of wigs, plastic food containers (and also glass jars of all sizes), makeup (omg I'm trying to use up an eye shadow palette that only has colors left I don't like cause I can't stomach throwing it away and I have like 5 other eye shadows that I love), plastic and paper grocery bags, and now wigs! I have 2 Girl Mono backups to my Chocolate Rooted and I'm struggling to figure out how I need two backups when I wear a different wig almost everyday. At this rate I'll never wear ANY of my wigs out!! I also have always wondered why they refer to lace fronts that go from one end of the forehead to the other as temple to temple because my temples are way further down than that, lol. Seriously though, this video was so great! I am still a little on the fence so I will think about it more. I absolutely love Hollywood's lace front and had decided that my deal breaker on a wig was no lace front (I don't have a few no lace front wigs that I have a love hate with) .... but I think I would love Broadway's length and curls better for the day to day (Hollywood is definitely date night with daddy hair). As reasonable as it is, though, it may just be worth it to try. You are seriously the best!! Thank you!

For all us who get stuck with 80s hair...i broke out of the eighties hair in 2016 when I was 53 years old I looked at photos of when my son was born and my hair had not changed in over 25 years or more and I said to myself wow yeh I need a change and I chopped it all off in a pixie and I love it I play around with wigs but I would never go long again and I look so much more fresh so much more renewed so much more trendy and up to date that I don't look like I'm stuck in the eighties so just a tidbit I love the hair but sometimes we can get stuck in eras that have long past and we sorely stand out and we don't realize how pretty we can be in updated hair I just wanted to share that because I see this hairstyle and I had it for 40 years and it was time for a change thank you so much for sharing love the colors❤

So I have been watching a video I have also ordered Mane Attraction heartthrob. I have a quick question for you seeing that you're familiar with the wig line. I ordered it and apricot . Was wondering I am a medium light copper I could go almost a dark strawberry blond. It is on its way , I'm hoping that it will serve the purpose. But seeing that you're familiar with this line can you suggest anything that would be close to a dark strawberry blond? Nutmeg is coming through as some red in there but I am not sure could you help me with that. Sorry about the long-winded question just wondering . I can't speak for everyone, but I am not tired of "watching you spin around in your living room in Mane Attraction wigs." Your videos are helpful in many ways. I will always love Hollywood the best on you, despite your saying Broadway is the closest to your "forever style". And then there's that silly practicality issue. Yes, shorter styles are easiest (those are my everydays too), especially in warmer months. Just keep decluttering and doing and being you, because you are the best!!!! x Frankie
I'm right with you on the 80's Power Woman. I love the big hair, padded shoulders and the skinny tie. Both of these look so good on you. I'm more partial to the Hollywood simply because I love long hair so I'm going to put it on my list. I do the "back-up" buying too. My 2 favorites are Orchid and Eden (both Estetica wigs). Eden is the full mono cap sister to Orchid's mono part. Eden is a bit more sophisticated. Love your videos.

Hollywood definitely seems lighter. My Broadway is Nutmeg. I almost had a heart attack when I saw it, but now I love it. I like the streaks of lighter color in it. Very dynamic. Question: how do you get the bangs to lift off your forehead. That is my biggest problem. They lay flat against my face which I do not like and I noticed your are up and away from the cap. I am an 80’s person too. Big hair is great.
I use a contour cream by Jon Renau Deborah - I wiggle some between my fingers and twirl the bangs between my fingers... Have you seen me do this in some of my videos yet?
Denise Sheets Hi Denise. I watch you too. Yes, I think it is big hair, especially compared to today’s standards. Everyone seems to be wearing sleek hair, blunt cut. Not my cup of tea. Love the wavy, curly look with lots of lift. Some do not like permatease. I love it because that’s how I get lift and fullness. I remember the days when I teased my hair (and still do sometimes). You could see teasing in bio hair. I say who cares. My bio hair is thinning and many times I will tease it to make it look like I have more hair. Wigs are much easier and more fun than bio hair. Wear what you like and suits you best. That’s what I think. Styling wigs can be a little challenging because the hair doesn’t always go where I want it. Been watching Dawn with Broadway. She has a knack for making the wigs get out of the box look and bigger. Getting that hair off my forehead is my big problem but Dawn said to use contour cream. So I will try that next. Well, I’m sure I said a lot more than you intended to read. 😊
@@deborahcook1916 this is great and not too much. I have steamed bangs off my forehead and it works like a dream. Cysterwigs, Taz and Crazy Wig Lady all have good videos on how to do that. Any clothing steamer will work. Broadway is coming so I guess I'll see just how big that hair is soon!!

I realize today Linda, my age, and my lifestyle plays a factor in preferring Broadway over Hollywood... Hollywood doesn't do as well riding in a convertible, nor does having cascading curls rolling off my shoulders and down my back, look believable with a face full of aging wrinkles and under eye bags. It is hard for me to pull off a style when I can't believe in it myself. Denise is younger than I am and has a smooth, peaches and cream complexion that coincide with the Hollywood style. I got me the Hollywood for sophisticated updo's and low pony's that the Broadway isn't equipt to do
Daily Dazzle and Dawn first of all you have beautiful skin and have no worries about aging. You will look fabulous at any age. Longer wigs are also very hot and confining but oh do I love the look. Shorter wigs are more manageable.

This is so great Dawn! First of all, you and I are soooooo similar!! I grew up in the 80s and totally got all your references (I graduated in 1990 but in junior high and the first few years of high school big hair was THE thing (mine has always been too thin to have big hair though). I am also a hoarder of wigs, plastic food containers (and also glass jars of all sizes), makeup (omg I'm trying to use up an eye shadow palette that only has colors left I don't like cause I can't stomach throwing it away and I have like 5 other eye shadows that I love), plastic and paper grocery bags, and now wigs! I have 2 Girl Mono backups to my Chocolate Rooted and I'm struggling to figure out how I need two backups when I wear a different wig almost everyday. At this rate I'll never wear ANY of my wigs out!! I also have always wondered why they refer to lace fronts that go from one end of the forehead to the other as temple to temple because my temples are way further down than that, lol. Seriously though, this video was so great! I am still a little on the fence so I will think about it more. I absolutely love Hollywood's lace front and had decided that my deal breaker on a wig was no lace front (I don't have a few no lace front wigs that I have a love hate with) .... but I think I would love Broadway's length and curls better for the day to day (Hollywood is definitely date night with daddy hair). As reasonable as it is, though, it may just be worth it to try. You are seriously the best!! Thank you!

For all us who get stuck with 80s hair...i broke out of the eighties hair in 2016 when I was 53 years old I looked at photos of when my son was born and my hair had not changed in over 25 years or more and I said to myself wow yeh I need a change and I chopped it all off in a pixie and I love it I play around with wigs but I would never go long again and I look so much more fresh so much more renewed so much more trendy and up to date that I don't look like I'm stuck in the eighties so just a tidbit I love the hair but sometimes we can get stuck in eras that have long past and we sorely stand out and we don't realize how pretty we can be in updated hair I just wanted to share that because I see this hairstyle and I had it for 40 years and it was time for a change thank you so much for sharing love the colors❤

The one on your head doesn't looked thrashed to me! Maybe in person. I have Broadway and mine is not that curly and it's flatter on top. Did you do that with JR Piece Out? I want mine to do that! In these parts, it's called Texas Big Hair!

So I have been watching a video I have also ordered Mane Attraction heartthrob. I have a quick question for you seeing that you're familiar with the wig line. I ordered it and apricot . Was wondering I am a medium light copper I could go almost a dark strawberry blond. It is on its way , I'm hoping that it will serve the purpose. But seeing that you're familiar with this line can you suggest anything that would be close to a dark strawberry blond? Nutmeg is coming through as some red in there but I am not sure could you help me with that. Sorry about the long-winded question just wondering . There is a lot of dimention in Nutmeg and Apricot is more of a straight, one note color - why don't I do a comparison of the two colors just for you when I get home from work tonight, sound good?

I can't speak for everyone, but I am not tired of "watching you spin around in your living room in Mane Attraction wigs." Your videos are helpful in many ways. I will always love Hollywood the best on you, despite your saying Broadway is the closest to your "forever style". And then there's that silly practicality issue. Yes, shorter styles are easiest (those are my everydays too), especially in warmer months. Just keep decluttering and doing and being you, because you are the best!!!! x Frankie

I'm right with you on the 80's Power Woman. I love the big hair, padded shoulders and the skinny tie. Both of these look so good on you. I'm more partial to the Hollywood simply because I love long hair so I'm going to put it on my list. I do the "back-up" buying too. My 2 favorites are Orchid and Eden (both Estetica wigs). Eden is the full mono cap sister to Orchid's mono part. Eden is a bit more sophisticated. Love your videos.

Hollywood definitely seems lighter. My Broadway is Nutmeg. I almost had a heart attack when I saw it, but now I love it. I like the streaks of lighter color in it. Very dynamic. Question: how do you get the bangs to lift off your forehead. That is my biggest problem. They lay flat against my face which I do not like and I noticed your are up and away from the cap. I am an 80’s person too. Big hair is great.
I use a contour cream by Jon Renau Deborah - I wiggle some between my fingers and twirl the bangs between my fingers...

Denise Sheets Hi Denise. I watch you too. Yes, I think it is big hair, especially compared to today’s standards. Everyone seems to be wearing sleek hair, blunt cut. Not my cup of tea. Love the wavy, curly look with lots of lift. Some do not like permatease. I love it because that’s how I get lift and fullness. I remember the days when I teased my hair (and still do sometimes). You could see teasing in bio hair. I say who cares. My bio hair is thinning and many times I will tease it to make it look like I have more hair. Wigs are much easier and more fun than bio hair. Wear what you like and suits you best. That’s what I think. Styling wigs can be a little challenging because the hair doesn’t always go where I want it. Been watching Dawn with Broadway. She has a knack for making the wigs get out of the box look and bigger. Getting that hair off my forehead is my big problem but Dawn said to use contour cream. So I will try that next. Well, I’m sure I said a lot more than you intended to read. 😊
@@deborahcook1916 this is great and not too much. I have steamed bangs off my forehead and it works like a dream. Cysterwigs, Taz and Crazy Wig Lady all have good videos on how to do that. Any clothing steamer will work. Broadway is coming so I guess I'll see just how big that hair is soon!!

I realize today Linda, my age, and my lifestyle plays a factor in preferring Broadway over Hollywood...
Hollywood doesn't do as well riding in a convertible, nor does having cascading curls rolling off my shoulders and down my back, look believable with a face full of aging wrinkles and under eye bags. It is hard for me to pull off a style when I can't believe in it myself.
Denise is younger than I am and has a smooth, peaches and cream complexion that coincide with the Hollywood style.
I got me the Hollywood for sophisticated updo's and low pony's that the Broadway isn't equipt to do
Daily Dazzle and Dawn first of all you have beautiful skin and have no worries about aging. You will look fabulous at any age. Longer wigs are also very hot and confining but oh do I love the look. Shorter wigs are more manageable.
