This happens after a emotional Chloe dropped Max off at school after Franks Van investigation before the photo hop in ep 3, it was in Ep 3 trailer 1:23 mark of Max walking on Blackwells campus , also the quote( I saw you talking to Victoria last night) don't know why they cut that part out..
