Why is this the first time we're hearing about your massaging seats!😠 🤣 Love the hidden step and handrail on the tailgate - that's awesome. Great setup for travel day!
Nice truck review. Suits your needs perfectly! That little compartment under the cup holder is for your key fob. If the batteries fail in the fob, you can still start your truck by putting the fob in that space. Ask us how we know! 😂 - Jim
I have the Bakflip tonneau on my truck. Works great and I can see my TT with my dual camera dash cam (WolfBox) and have the Furrion TT camera too. Great setup and lots of useable storage under rear seat of Tundra. Great collaboration ! Be safe ! 😎
Love the bakflip cover, but the mounts keep loosening up. Great setup you have there. We had the Furrion, but it was way too slow and unreliable. Hopefully the newer ones are better. I love my Haloview RD7 though
@@BrazenBrits Use medium thread lock (blue) on the mounts. Medium duty securement but prevent the mounts from loosening up from the anchor rails. Don't use the red thread lock as it maybe a little difficult to remove anchors if you ever decide to remove BakFlip cover. 😎
The hidden key compartment is there to ‘reset’ your key fob. Should your fob ever lose connection with your truck, you can reset it with this small hidden key fob. For example, I had to reset my F350 when the Ford Repair facility technician reset my fob to another Platinum F350 that was in for service. Even the Ford dealership didn’t know about this fantastic little hidden gem. ❤ (Yes, I’m a woman who loves my F350 - mine is a 2018).
Oh that’s sooooo cool! You’ll be so happy with it! We also got the maintenance package directly through ford, which has been really really good. We haven’t paid for a service since we got it.
What a gorgeous truck! So many cool features. I'm thinking you may want to take those condiments and put them in the house. I may have to give up on the golf cart idea and go right for the new truck!
Great collab. I love the secret compartments where your keys are. Love the ladder hooked to the truck and the pole to help get you up and the heated seats. I love how you give the dogs space too. Your truck looks so clean. Looks good! Oh I had one of those wheel covers before but it Keir falling off. I just put towel over the wheel now. Because it gets really hot out here. Great video. Nice to see Natalie. See you both soon!
Haha. We do a full clean when we get back to our home base in the winter. Then we only really use it for kayaking and tip runs. Trust me, you do not want to see it at the end of the season 🤣
Another belter of a video guys. The Platinum was an absolute must when we ordered our F350 Dually. And I thought I had lots of extra stuff in ours guys, ie tireminder phone holder etc etc. Funny thing is Mandy hates the massage seats 💺.
Okay, the real question. How long did you guys spend cleaning your truck for this video? Not judging. I’d have to spend a few hours on mine since it still has dog hair from our cross country trek last October…
Haha. We do a big clean out on both the truck and rig at the end of each season and over winter we only really use it for kayaking, so it stays pretty clean without Opie being in there 🤣
Love my F-250 King Ranch. I think the leather seats are better than the Platinum. My buddy has the same year F-250 Platinum, but his seats are showing excessive wear. It has no trouble pulling our 40ft 5th wheel. However, we just placed an order for 2024 F-350 King Ranch DRW. Will be able to run the AC during the hot summer months while driving to the next campsite. This is Texas so it can take hours to cool down the trailer once we arrive. No longer. Give a shout next time you are heading through Texas.
We love the king ranch interior and actually, that’s what we were planning to get, but they just happened to have the platinum with all the options we wanted in stock, so went for that. That’s great to have there AC ready to go when you arrive. We have 2 ACs in our TT that work amazingly well to cool it down very quickly. In fact when we arrive, the dogs stay in the truck, we connect the power, turn on the ACs, setup the dog fence and within 15 mins, we’re good to go!
Lovely work as usual. We have the BakFlip as well and love it. The only downside on it is that on a lang bed it can get heavy to flip on that last flip. We looked at the rolling ones as well, but I didn't want to lose that much of the front of my bed. Safe travels!!!
Yup, great point. Even ours ifs heavy as it gets to the front, so another couple of leafs would be tough, especially if you aren’t in the back of he truck (opening from the side).
Lawrence I could care less what is under the seat of your truck. I want to see what is under the seat of your Ducati. Nothing like a grape burner. Oh yeah, nice stuff in the truck too..

Hahaha. Love the massaging seats ❤️
Steering wheel cover? Sure, Sure, Sure, we believe you.
Hahahahahaha
Wait what? Was that hot pink? N it was still in the truck! For what 'just in case?' 😂🍻

Oh no! We haven’t had to use it yet, but I’m glad I showed it in the video as I found out spare keys for the RV (old keys as we use the RV lock now)
@@BrazenBrits Good find!

We have a Gator tonneau cover, same as the Bakflip. We mostly like the cover, wish it was totally waterproof.

Dude. Your truck is too clean....dirty that beast up a bit. Haha. Great Video.
Ha! We do a huge cleanup at the end of every season. The most dirt it gets over winter is sand from kayaking. No dogs allowed 🤣
When I bought my truck, there was a Canadian quarter under the floormat of the rear seats. It has and will stay right where it is.
A lucky quarter 🍀
We have an F350 Platinum on order, so I’d love a full tour video of the truck.

Highly considering removing the back seats to give me more cargo room. As I can't get enough in my truck! Lol 🍻
We considered this too, but they are really awesome back seats. Just think….. we nearly bought a Tacoma 😳

Thankyou! I’ve been telling him to bring them in. The truck gets so hot they basically boil and cool every day 😖🤮

Massaging seats and a pink steering wheel cover … hmmm
Wish our truck could stay that clean

Welcome aboard! 😄

Mandy gets so mad at me for F in around with all the buttons and stuff. When we first got it she said it had more knobs than Concord.

Must be nice a platinum I can only afford a lariat f-250 7.3 gas we pull a 12,000 lb travel trailer
It’s really nice……until the monthly payment comes out 🥹

Everything a Jeep can do??? I beg to differ:)
