Heck yeah! Time for some TTT or Apex suspension parts and poly bushings! Btw, Technotoytuning has a complete steering rack replacement that will come with inner tie rods (which I am willing to bet are shot on your car) and outer tie rods and it's identical to the early 240z rack with the quicker steering ratio.

What diff are you using after the swap I am doing the same swap on my 280 but with rx8 transmission

Yeah there's a small amount of material you have to remove for the 370z diff. Then the engine and trans I plan to use will need custom mounts
