Just watching you grease everything up and you overlooked the most important bit. At least, I didn't see you do it. You need to apply some grease to the front of the input shaft where it goes in the spigot bearing. If left dry, they can make a noise when the clutch is depressed. I never put grease on the splines though. You get dust in the grease and the clutch plate can stick. Still, you're doing a good job. Must be costing you a few bucks!
Flex plate is the word you were looking for....the auto equivalent of a flywheel.
Can’t wait to see what is done for the motor mounts, doing a k24 swap myself but planning on keeping it NA in my 240z. I have some body work to do first before I get the motor installed
Can't wait for more videos of this project
Dig the build man! If you don’t mind me asking. What did you end up paying for your z? I am looking to get a 240-280 z as well, but would like something in the condition as yours because I plan on doing a engine swap as well…
I got mine for around 4.5k but wasn't running when I bought it. It was also about 4-5 years ago
Thats going to be a dream build.
