    would you suggest pushing through the pain if this causes more pain, or can that only do more damage?

      Pushing through pain is never going to be a good route. If this movement is painful, you most likely need to get assessed.

    This is so great! Thank you! My hip really hurts especially after a climb ride! Should I do this exercise before or after cycling or both?
    Another question: would using a loop-band around the thighs during cycling support internal rotation during cycling?

      You can do it before, after, or both. Just go super slow and feel the muscles doing the work. I would not use the loop band while riding. That will probably do more harm than good.

    Do you know if this exercise would also help with hip arthritis? T.I.A

      Absolutely, it will help. Just make sure to go very slowly, and feel your hip bone (femur) rotating. Don't go into any pinching or discomfort. Let me know how it goes.

      @@jonathanhadley2555 rebounders are fantastic. Great for getting extra movement in as well as lymphatic drainage. Win win.
