I miss this keyboard. I never owned one but borrowed it and composed songs with it that I still have recordings of. It was one of Casio's better tonebank series keyboards.
My favourite version of this tonebank keyboards is the Casio CT X-1 - similar to the 670 but with big speakers, chorus, reverb and great rounded design. Check it out.
@@keyhoarder See?! We do not have that model in the USA. So frustrating too cause when I lived in Puerto Rico in the 80s, we had models that are not found in the mainland USA even today. I will buy the CT-X1 if I can ever find out in the fleamarkets down south. Now if you happen to see or know of the rare or maybe concept Casio keyboard the 1992 HT-X10, let me know! It was rounded case and similar sounds as the CT-X1 and had far more advanced features for the time too!
@@proyecto4133 this is a specfic old Keyboard with interesting vintage tones and some parameters edit. If you are more into acoustic piano playing i would recommend something else
yeah they share many of the sounds but this one has more chorus/reverb on patches, which makes it sound a little bit better - but on the other hand, it lacks touch response :/ i also got ct-x1 which shares the same sounds but you can adjust reverb and chorus (and also it looks great).
I think the CT-700 has a slightly better piano tone but the organs and strings as well as many of the synth sounds are the same although the CT-670 and it's other models do have almost double the amount of sounds and rhythms. There is even a mini key version of the CT-670 called the MT-750 but I think those are quite rare.
