He meets God in Purgatory (Tech 9) and He has him use his suit, become a hero and fight the devil. 4) Watch the World Burn: Even after being a hero, the public still looks down on him and turns against him so he turns into the villain once and for all and Burns the World. 5) Last Resort: The world is fixed

As others said, this is a prequel to Ronald and Watch the World Burn. That suit at the end was featured in both those other videos. People got fixated on that suit, so this prequel shows how he got the suit.
I love the theory that a "prequal" is just an irony. It takes way in future after Roland and WTWB. He got the suit in Roland. After ending the world and restarting it, he has to dust of the suit again in here.
