Wow, i am one of the older generation who remembers this being released . Well done girls, this had stood the test of time and never sounds dated . Your harmonies are unbeatable.
As soon as I saw this song in the sidebar I couldn't wait to listen to hear them do the strong harmony on "Oh how long will it take 'till she sees the mistake she has made". They did not let me down.
The MonaLisa twins bring a beautiful element to The Beatles cover tunes, and beautiful harmonizing vocals, by two very talented young women who have a great passion for 1960's songs including The Beach boys, Chuck Berry, The Everly brothers etc. They even compose and perform their original songs. I sent a message to NBC Studio today Sunday 11/24/2019 in NYC recommending the MonaLisa twins be introduced on the Jimmy Fallon show. Hope NBC invites them. The Mona Lisa twins hit the ball over the fence. Bravo! America will love them.
Nobody can do a Beatles song justice like you can Mona and Lisa. Brilliant harmonies, love it! It has your special touch that make it worth listening to over and over.
Spectacular. Just what is needed these days to help soothe the open sores within our nation and the world. Special thanks to Mona & Lisa's parents/family for supporting their talents throughout the years.
Oh how long will it take, till they will make their brake.... they deserve! You'll need a bigger audience, what a superb cover of an underrated but very sophisticated Beatles composition. Well Done!!
One of the wonderful things about this song is that it's a great example of how The Beatles changed music. Their first two albums were just pure 'of the period' pop songs - granted, done better than other artists of the time. 'A Hard Day's Night' was the first indication that The Beatles could do something more exciting and unique with a basic pop song. I remember the Beatles For Sale album well though. My uncle was living with us at the time and he bought it. He was also a guitarist in a beat group, so he would sit with his guitar, playing along, and learning the songs from this album. My two favourites on the album were 'No Reply' and 'Baby's in Black'. There was something about those songs. They were just that little bit different from what we were hearing from the other bands. It stuck with me and from then on, I was always attracted to music that was a bit different from the standard, conventional pop song. The Beatles were always the first to deliver, but others fed my interest too, such as The Rolling Stones, Cream, Pink Floyd, The Kinks and Jimi Hendrix. By the 70s, I was in full on progressive rock and hippie music mode. To this day (almost 62 now), I listen to anything that is different, such as Sigur Ros, Royksopp, Shpongle and Banco de Gaia. And it all started with that unexpected chord change in 'Baby's In Black'. So, it will probably come as no surprise to you when I say that I love your version of this song. I could happily put it on loop mode for a few hours.
Superb, one of my favorite numbers from my favorite group. Between Paul's impossibly soaring harmonies and George's way ahead of it's time weeping solo...it's just perfection. It's not an easy song to cover and one of my greatest regrets in life my voice can't do it.
These voices of our lovely gals has been long coming you don’t have to to be a beatle fan to enjoy the harmonies of these delightful and well completely honest the best harmonies and love I’ve ever heard! These girls are super fantasic umust sit back and enjoy!!Thank u girls up rock!😍🥰
You have great tastes my dear friend. Greetings and happiness ua-cam.com/video/EH0cFIPPZaE/v-deo.html *LOVE IS BLUE* Guitar Solo in the style of *Santo & Johnny*
One of the truest talents around. Thank you for keeping the greatest music alive with your covers and the wonderful original songs. This is the stuff that should be on radio not the pop junk.
Thumbs down are just crappy jealousy. You two rock, you clearly get the original, what they guys were about and you channel that beautifully, you, me and the thousands of thumbs up get it... we are all a great big family of Beatles appreciation... well done girls
To me, one of the things that made the Beatles special was they had great bridges in their songs, even short ones like here. Anyway, every time the Twins post another of their covers, it's like Christmas for me... thanks again, lasses!
Great job. I saw the Beatles in concert and my niece went to Paul’s school in Liverpool and met him three time and even got a kiss... he handed out the diplomas at her graduation.
Wonderful 3 part harmony, (...well I kinda joined in ). We were right on key . You deserve " * * * * * " stars for that performance. Thank you for keeping the Beatles songs out there. I can't get enough of them. I've been a fan since I was 13 years old, back in 1963. BTW ...both of you " I WANNA HOLD YOUR HAND " WOOO !
I have ALWAYS loved this particular song too for the harmonies! As I got older I realized the message it carried too and that I'm afraid is one that many of us have had to deal with! As a boy growing up me and my Twin had two older brothers and our Mom "volunteered" us to do many performances at social functions starting with the Beatles and also doing The Osmonds....with some Alvin & The Chipmunks thrown in sporadically....LOL Over a Decade on The MonaLisa Bus and LQQKING forward to anther...Cheers From Ohio Twins AND The Fans
Whoa.... Classic Brilliantly Fab.... You've managed to brighten Black with this stellar rendition... Luving it... Humming along while having my Tim Hortons English Breakfast Tea at a Tim Hortons, Thankyou for sharing, A pleasant Sunday afternoon treat indeed💜☕😁😎🤩✌️👍👌🤘👏💛🇬🇧❤️🎼🎵🎶🎙️🎤🎸🎸📻🎧... Sharing this ASAP... You betcha !!!!

Beautiful singing and playing. Mona's singing just knocks me out on this one! Fantastic studio production - both audio and video. I still would love more live performances (like 'Africa' with Mike Masse). I too remember when the album 'Beatles for Sale' first came out. A friend bought it first and we stayed up all night playing it over and over again, along with other records of that year.
Nobody covers the Beatles better than the MonaLisa twins! They never cease to amaze me!
I agree! 😊
Totally agree
They are good but there is another band from the Phillipines
They are the Reo Brothers.
Wow, i am one of the older generation who remembers this being released . Well done girls, this had stood the test of time and never sounds dated . Your harmonies are unbeatable.
You’re locky hehe
Brilliant as ever, Mona and Lisa you are just fantastic.
They are absolutely perfect
From Beatles 65
The excellence of MonaLisa Twins is beyond description. Hats off to these ladies!
As soon as I saw this song in the sidebar I couldn't wait to listen to hear them do the strong harmony on "Oh how long will it take 'till she sees the mistake she has made".
They did not let me down.
A very underrated Beatle tune. You two did a fantastic job as always.
I overrate it to counteract the underratedness

America will love them.
Maybe we could do an online petition. Every one of their videos has comments like, “How did I not know about you two???” That’s got to change.
They NEVER let us down. Simply perfection from these lovely girls.
Nobody can do a Beatles song justice like you can Mona and Lisa. Brilliant harmonies, love it! It has your special touch that make it worth listening to over and over.
Baby’s in Black… Beatles cover… such a great song !
My two sweet angels
Beatles waltz. Nice
Spectacular. Just what is needed these days to help soothe the open sores within our nation and the world. Special thanks to Mona & Lisa's parents/family for supporting their talents throughout the years.
I like Mona's hair that length. As always, love the duo session.
Very good job once again, 40 years later I fall in love with the Beatles's songs for a second time
Wonderful rendition ladies. Nice guitar work as well. Big thumbs up!
God blessings.
"Like" even before listening. Beatles forever!
Oh how long will it take, till they will make their brake.... they deserve! You'll need a bigger audience, what a superb cover of an underrated but very sophisticated Beatles composition. Well Done!!
Another addictive singalong bluesey tune, I cannot stop listening.
Well if I was feeling blue your musicality and vocals would drive them away
Some of their harmonies are timeless, wow.
Not compared to the Beatles
That song is simply awesome. Listening to it took me back to the sixties. The best time of my life. You girls are unbelievable.
I probably haven't heard this particular Beatles song in 50 years. It's a good one!
Can’t imagine anyone not liking this. So glad you left the lyrics just as John and Paul wrote them.
