He's stated many times that he really didn't want to continue work on PA and wanted to move in other directions. I think the best bet would be some kind of fan remake, but I'm not sure how he'd feel about it. Definitely tons of potential.
Yeah the creator has stated that they will not return to altrius in the comments of the mods on steam. It saddens me because it is still a great mod. I like to combine delum and altrius vehicles and weapons to create the ultimate "allied" scenario.
