Flaounopita ! The best cheese pie

I hadn't tried making flaounopita until I did and I couldn't believe how delicious it was. Flaunopita is made with halloumi and a lot of mint and is especially appreciated in Cyprus. Everything you need for breakfast!

RECIPES:
Ingredients
Mastic
1 spoon of sugar
4 eggs
200 ml seed oil
200 ml of milk
3 spoons of strained yogurt
1/2 teaspoon machete
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Diosmos (fresh or dry)
400 g of self-rising flour
10 g baking
150 g of feta cheese
200 g of halloumi
Sesame
Method
Crush the mastic and sugar in the mortar.
Then take a bowl and beat the eggs until they are frothy. Add the oil, milk, yogurt and mix.
Then flavor with mastic, mace, nutmeg and mint.
Add the flour and baking powder and work until the mixture becomes a thick paste.
Finally, put the cheese in pieces and work.
We continue by buttering and covering with fine semolina a cake form.
Spread the mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 170 degrees on the resistances until golden brown.
Check with a toothpick if the inside is cooked.
