I was kind of thrown off by the fact that they were all animals at first but I gave it a try and now i'm hooked. I've met a few furries fans while talking about the show so now I try not to talk about it too much. Its drags that conversation on to other "topics."
hate that beastars is just known as that one furry anime, the ost embodies the soulful jazzy genre so well, it's definitely one of my favourite soundtracks. thank you for making this, it's absolutely lovely!!
Totally true man. I hate that people know it as that. It's so much more, people should watch it. It's the most physically correct anime I've ever watched, every little movement has details, the characters are likable and only one of the females are slutty, way fuckin better than any other anime

The manga and the anime adaptation is great and I would totally recommend. Sadly, a lot of people miss out on this great series. Just a guess, but maybe they're afraid of being called a furry just for liking this show. (Nothing against furries man. Your preference is your business.)

I remember listening to that playlist during covid in my online-classes. Probably the best time of my life despicte the context. It's so nostalgic coming back after the part 1 season 3 just came out nearly 3 years since the season 2.

I listen this every night with a cigarette and some tea. Since i discovered Beastars (anime then manga) i cant stop think about it, i'm watching the anime for the fourth time a row and i'm still crying almost all episodes while i'm 30... Same when i read the manga... Same while i listen this. Why does that fiction affect me that much. I dont understand. I usualy don't feel a lot of emotions and never a movie, an anime or a book did that to me. It's scare me. I don't get it. Beastars is awsome. Will make you feel things at a level not expected.
@@arthursemeghinigallo3336 Yes i liked it. The character developement is fine while i think the legoshi/haru relation could have been better but it's more up to the manga than the anime. This season may indeed feel a little odd or less good but it's similar in the manga, it's a mandatory step to prepare the following ( if you havent read the manga, i'll not spoil ). Legoshi earn in maturity, become more independant yet still believe if he fight along Rouis, nothing can stop them. The end of the season is gorgious and breathtaking both from the fight and the emotions afterward. The amine in that specific instance is imo better than the manga in which (sorry paru) i never feel any intensity in the fights. The story is superb but Paru is kind of weak at drawing combat scene, imho. Regarding the musics, there is not a lot of new ones and most of them are variation from s1 track. Yet, they fit really well and still bring me tears. However, i prefered the s1 opening despite the rap portion it had. I feel like the 2 seasons could switch their openings. The second season is more a film noir (don't know how to translate it ;p ) and the s1 opening is more jazz so it would have worked realy well. As such, the jazzy music is better used in s2 which serve the film noir ambiance. But, about the ending, none s1 or s2 ending found grace to my eye. I always skip them. To conclude, the better from Paru story is still to come and i can hardly wait s3.
That fact that i know all of these just goes to show how beautiful the show is to leave that much of an impact and thats just the music you can imagine everything else
I’m glad UA-cam recommended this soundtrack to me, otherwise I probably wouldn’t have watched the show. And man, what a great series so far. For a world of animals it was surprisingly realistic compared to most conventional coming of age stories.
Both of their OSTs in 1st season and 2nd season are so beautiful and amazingly done. And yet, you can actually contrast them, and that their themes are the same, and yet still different. And it hits you. You can feel it, that something's changed. Not only with the music, but with the characters, the story line, all through the music alone. Cool.
Honestly wasn’t expecting this anime to be that good or even the soundtrack to be THIS amazing. I’m so glad I gave it a chance. It’s so good I’m actually considering reading the manga and I never do that lol. Can’t wait for season 3.
@@MokieHotSquad (No spoilers) the manga already ended. If I'm not wrong it's about 200 chapters. I think the 2nd act of the anime will cover up to like chapter 80-130 (might be more or less chapters for the 2nd act) if I'm right giving the anime a total of 3 seasons max with 3 acts

I expected a lot of things when I started Beastars. Me unironically enjoying the show was not one of them nor was discovering a very soulful, jazz-type music soundtrack, but here we are.
It’s strange. When everything in life seems so damn unpleasant and numbing, this saves me. Mentally. This OST captured something I can’t describe. I feel normal after listening to it. Between dealing with gender dysphoria as a woman trapped in a man’s body, to being lonely after years of no healthy relationships and little friends, it’s a lot. But I’m grateful for the things I do have. And this music helps me remember those things and have hope for the future.

Having no knowledge of Beastars, I can say I'm pleasantly surprised at how detailed and pleasant they've made these compositions.. A very lovely playlist, its always nice when a melody is well composed. It can stir something within you and make you feel alive. Well done...

This is my favorite show hands down because for starters I can see everyone I know as a character in it then on top of that haru reminds me of the woman I love deeply when haru was being bullied I cried knowing what happened to the woman I love then comes to find out haru doesn’t have much luck in finding good friends and when she found legoshi it was like the world is trying to tear them apart I was in tears when Juno tried to get with legoshi it made haru regret trying to be with who she was meant to be with what is worse is that legoshi is an exact replica of me I started to read and watch this I realized that legoshi is me he is an outcast like me he never had a girlfriend he is seen as a weird creepy mysterious person but people who know him know that he is just an awkward guy who just wants to protect everyone around him and be with the girl he loves I love and cherish this show because it tells a story of a lonely sad depressed kid growing up to be a badass warrior right beside the woman he loves and cherishes it is a heart warming story it is the best book and tv show I have ever read and watched thank you Paru Itagaki you are my favorite writer
The noir undertones of this whole anime is just stunning to me. Beastars is a vintage black comedy in the form of a fable with hints of noir cinema. Jawdropping.

Man this hit my feels. Last summer I watched beastars when it was raining o get the feels, and it went by so fast. I know it’s a year, bu damn my nostalgia. Good work remixing it.
I love this anime despite season 2 feeling a bit rushed. I love the mangas with the details and the complexity of the characters. These music help me write and work on my book Plus, there are really good Beastars fanfic out there if you look past a few things. Examples: Straws and Stripes, Music of the Night, Crocodile Tears and More Than a Rare Species I highly recommend it!
Oh my goodness! I adore this anime and I also adore this playlist! It's so wonderful to listen to while I'm working, it keeps me motivated to continue powering through and then later I can also listen to it while I relax. Great work!
probably a joke sailing over my head but if you're talking about taking up smoking please dont!! :( it's not at all as cool as fictional characters look doing it, and can be a terrible addiction that affects your health & those around you (if you're already a smoker i can only imagine how hard it is to break a habit like this, and this advice probably sounds even sillier lol. just been around too many smokers recently + seeing a friend relapsing two months into quitting)

This is my favorite show hands down because for starters I can see everyone I know as a character in it then on top of that haru reminds me of the woman I love deeply when haru was being bullied I cried knowing what happened to the woman I love then comes to find out haru doesn’t have much luck in finding good friends and when she found legoshi it was like the world is trying to tear them apart I was in tears when Juno tried to get with legoshi it made haru regret trying to be with who she was meant to be with what is worse is that legoshi is an exact replica of me I started to read and watch this I realized that legoshi is me he is an outcast like me he never had a girlfriend he is seen as a weird creepy mysterious person but people who know him know that he is just an awkward guy who just wants to protect everyone around him and be with the girl he loves I love and cherish this show because it tells a story of a lonely sad depressed kid growing up to be a badass warrior right beside the woman he loves and cherishes it is a heart warming story it is the best book and tv show I have ever read and watched thank you Paru Itagaki you are my favorite writer

The noir undertones of this whole anime is just stunning to me. Beastars is a vintage black comedy in the form of a fable with hints of noir cinema. Jawdropping.

(if you're already a smoker i can only imagine how hard it is to break a habit like this, and this advice probably sounds even sillier lol. just been around too many smokers recently + seeing a friend relapsing two months into quitting)

@@atkvin Hey if they don't have an addictive personality, they're fine. I got into it myself but since smoking is harmful I just stopped after a little bit. I had no issues (I can recount smoking a total of 12 times)
