The premiere for this video got more than double the usual amount of viewers we get for NITW: The Musical! Where did you hear about this video from? Let me know!
I love how Mae’s part consists entirely of just one simple chorus. It really highlights how she has no idea what Bea’s going through, or the gravity of her situation.
Just goes to show the road to hell is paved with good intentions. Mae’s heart was in the right place, but she offered advice without fully understanding what Bea is going through. It was an important argument for them to have. Mae does end up realizing her mistake and Bea forgives her. They both care for each other and are still friends.
This has to be one of their best performances. Bea's frustration is dripping in every word, even in the sung parts, which is no small feat. Mae's hook really has that earworm quality, so it brings the structure together really well
oogh, this one. It really cuts you to the bone what with Mae's innocence in not really understanding what's happening, Bea's seriousness and extremely complicated home life. The art especially gets that across, what with Mae's worried expression in the background, with Bea in the foreground. It's super detailed and beautiful, which doesn't hurt either. Gonna need a bandage on my heart after this one.
Wish I had known about this before it began, I totally would’ve auditioned! Just voiced through the game with my friends and was thinking about a musical of it, and here you are!
Same. When I was playing NITW, controlling the tiny Mae, (cuz she's short), just jumping around, running around... i forget that she's like 20. So when she talks to someone and she's like "EAT MY ASS, STEVE" or whatever, I was always surprised.
@@omfgpainkillers im 16 and I'm as short as Mae compared to my friends when we go out in public one time I saw the girl who bullies my friends and me and she came up to the table and started messing with my friends I flicked her off and told her to leave she said and what do you care bitch I told her I know I can be a bitch but at least I'm not hoe with 3 different BF XD this woman told the girl to leave and she said young lady you are too young to be cussing like that my friend told her I was 16 and the lady's face was priceless she started laughing and said I'm so sorry I thought you were 11 or 10,
@@dreamiemidinight1229 firstly, r/thathappened. secondly, slut shaming is not cool. you seem like a really unlikable person, I'm rooting for the girl who bullies you.
October 17th, 2023 Oof indeed. This part in game felt hard to stomach, specially since I was always on Bea's side of the argument, Mae was, if well intentioned, a pretty misguided and unaware, coming off as even preachy. This track from the album definitively shows Bea's frustrations, I love it
But the worst part is gotta be the party. Like, Mae tried so hard to get Bea to laugh at the mall had a great time and all, then comes the depressing chapter where Mae smashes Bea's “one day off a month” plan into bits. That really hurts.
Wow! This is so creepy and sad. Ignoring the fact that the voices don't match all the words the characters are actually saying in the game. And Bea's singing voice is growing more annoyed and intense. :o

Holy crap these voices are amazing! 14/10
Groovy argument
I've got to give my congratulations to Bea's voice actor.
Yes, her voice is dramatically perfect!
@@EmpathicPerson I always thought that Bea would have a rough, smoker voice tbh but that works for me
@@gnthbthnkahmgepyogshugg yes!! It is real! We can not tell about voice almost anything, when we see only appearance!
Damm. This is dark and upsetting. But also fantastic and great. Fantastic job
Oof.
Bea angst! Yeaaahh!!
(Yes, I am worried for most of the non-gregg characters.)
Bea angst, and Mae showing her talent to say exactly the wrong thing.
Hell yeah, I was waiting for this!

So sad... I went to eat glass♥
Даже спустя два года...?
oooo everything about this is so good!
Well, that was depressing.
FUKK I'M LATE
Still though, I think this chapter should be placed before they start to get along, narrative wise.

Actually nevermind sorry I asked
I would give A like but its At the perfect number 42 I don't want to mess it up
The more ah listen to the chorus, the dumber it sounds fer some reason...
I need some lyrics
How is this song more real than my own life?
