We call that resourceful where I hail from. It’s a good mindset to have when money and other resources get tight. It’s straight outta the great depression.

    • @CerebralAilment

I really am in a poor state of mind. I can accomplish things that are very valuable to people but I just cant seem to get myself on the right track. Ive been thinking about this a lot lately. I do a lot of self sabotage.

    • @saltygod5957

@ right there with you man. It’s really hard, actions you think are positive will end up being set backs. I gotta say though you’re gonna be good man. You clearly got the right values and you can’t buy that for any amount of money. Been poor my whole life but it’s taught me the value in valueless things.

@ and it’s hard to afford and be in the position to do it over and over again. But this is the realistic content real people want. “Gotta work on a car for mom” it’s kinda humbling seeing dudes make content of just normal car work. Makes the world seem smaller

I have a Justin too!!!! He is 25. My daughter, 23 has a 2009 Toyota Corolla. I just cleaned the MAF sensor and the electronic air intake (careful to do this right!), and did Seafoam treatment in the gas and motor oil, but now it runs REALLY well! I have to do struts on it now... but I've had to rewire almost the whole car due to a mouse chewing all through it, I changed the regular stuff like oil filter, transmission oil filter, air filter, cabin filter, then I had to change the water pump and alternator, only to find out it was just the alternator that needed changed. We also had to put in new windshield wiper tubes, because the mouse also chewed it up. Thankfully the pump was still good! And she got 4 new tires (2 at a time lol). All this took a long time but when you have to make what you've got work... handiness is GOLD! Your video is awesome!!!!! Thanks for sharing! And that was wonderful what you did for your momma! I'm a weird momma who likes to work on cars (don't worry, my daughter helps me!) LOL! I don't know a lot, but I'm learning with every project. I have a 1998 f150 that I'm trying to keep alive too.

Believe me, This video is a doorway to make you rich, i've gone through the views of your other videos, this one is a hit and just in 3 weeks. This is a sign for you to shift you content towards cars!
Share these hacks, when you say being resourceful, turning dirt cheap cars, drivable; flip them for more money buy another dirt cheap car and do it again.
There are people on UA-cam creating a car completely out of junkyard parts and the car also is picked up from junkyard.
I know finance can be an issue, i hope you can also find a junk car in a next to nothing price to start with, or you can film fixing someone elses car like this.
I'll be waiting for another video like this.

The only thing I've ever replaced was the alternator (twice), battery once and the headlight bulbs... and the regular stuff like oil and changed breaks (but no hubs or rotters) and the belts once. Not even a sensor's gone wrong in it. Great car. The check engine light has been on for two years because of the catalytic converter and she doesn't have the get up like she used to but she's still tootin along. I figured I got my money out of it a long time ago.

Subscribed. Ain't nothing wrong with keeping things rolling regardless of your relationship with money. Hell, some of the richest people look the poorest because image doesnt matter.
I subscribed because you're taking care of your family and i can tell that dog LOVES the hell out of you. Which means you're giving it the best life.

Haha, wasn’t expecting such a cute and lovable dog to show up but I’m not complaining. You’ve just earned a new subscriber just for that and for making that Camry look a lot better.

Reminds me on how I ended up working on cars. It never starts out as a passion, just as a means to make sure you have transportation the next day.

These Toyotas are very good cars. My dad drive one and no issue from new. Just TLC .
