Have to say I agree with your playlist.. Games on your "did not play list".. I really loved Tactics Ogre and Ogre Battle. Tactics Ogre being similar playstyle to FF Tactics. I can't really explain what style Ogre Battle is, but like Star Ocean 2, it has multiple endings, depending on who you recruit and what your reputation is.

For Digimon World 3, it's 8 Rookies that you can get, 7 in Starter Packs, Veemon the 8th one as a secret unlock.
Digimon World 1 was brutal before the internet. All I remembered is the many trips to the restroom that resulted with bad evolutions, the guide helped but that game had a high wall of understanding the game mechanic to get to the good stuff.

I was addicted to eternal eyes, it took me forever to figure out the evolving and power up rules with the puppets because I was so young when I played

Tactics Ogre:LUCT, Ogre Battle:MotBQ, and Saiyuki: Journey West are some games on your "not played" that I would highly recommend doing at some time. TO and Saiyuki are in the same vein as FFT - I'd rank TO as S and Saiyuki as an A. Ogre Battle I'd say is either an A or a B.

Idk about the original persona game not the psp port being in B i would put it in C the encounter rate is really high which i didnt like

Alundra 1 is a 2d Zelda clone, with a very depressing story and harder puzzles. I do really like it, but i would put it on B.
I replayed the 3 Digimon last year. 1 is the best, but it does get trivialized by emulators and the internet, you can see and do the whole game in 2~3 digimon's lives if abusing them. 2 is the opposite, it's gets actually playable with the fast forward and fun to min-max with internet lists. 3 i could not finish, it has worse backtracking then Suiko 3 and some very bad grind walls that made me lose interest, the rest of the game is really good though.
I have played BoF 3 and 4 recently. i like 4 more, but it does have some very uncomfortable scenes (like sexual harassment) that would be totally be even more censored by "modern sensibilities"
Sayuki is very very good, an easy A for me. As is musashi
