From 3:00 to 4:08, Sammy Strain is a O.G of singing groups. He's a member of Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame twice as a member of little Anthony & The Imperials & The O'Jays. Props to Sammy and other legendary singing groups that put a smile on our faces and kept us dancing.

So happy to see these guys get their recognition, and Sammy Strain, you are still as fine as ever, and your wife De Borah is beautiful, too.. The rest of the guys look great as well, and Smokey was so gracious to stand there and present the awards. He's a class act all the way!

I was almost six years old when I first saw LITTLE ANTHONY AND THE IMPERIALS on DICK CLARK'S AMERICAN BANDSTAND on WABC-TV, Channel 7 in New York City. They sang TEARS ON MY PILLOW and TWO PEOPLE IN THE WORLD.

Shout out to my Fort Greene homeboys from back in the day Little Anthony and the Imperials. I'm from Farragut project. The brother to Fort Greene project which is just a few "steps" away. I sometimes walk through Fort Greene Park and try to figure out where Anthony and those cats use to blow. They were one of my favorite groups of all time God bless these Brooklyn Kings 😆.
