Oh my menopause is so bad that I break out with hives. Even when I take a cool shower I can feel the heat coming from within my body. Oh my appetite comes and goes but my doctor says she's sorry I'm going through but asked if I want the flu shot. I'm not getting any rest or results plus my hair is a little thinner than now.

I understand perfectly well. This menopause is no joke. I’m so over it. I sleep with a fan I think I might like this better. I actually wear a neck fan when I go out. I don’t like to cook anymore because if I don’t use a fan I get soak and wet. Showering and changing clothes several times a day it’s horrible🎀💞

Good afternoon I'm going through it everyday. I can't wear a alot of clothes my hot flashes start. My hair is getting very thin to a point I had to cut it short so now I have jerry curls my fan is always by my bed side..... So yes u are not alone

Mama bri you said a mouthful..... Dumb hot flashes make you want to go jump into a deep freezer. And you're right the mood swings you crying and don't know why you get so edible. And definitely when you go to sleep and wake up your night clothes are soaking wet sheets are soaking wet..... So I'm definitely going to be looking into this so thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. My husband look at me like what's wrong with you I said I found out menopause and it's no joke.... Replacing what u loose thru menopause which is Estrogen it slows or jus stop it I never felt with menopause symptoms like my mom didn’t but what I know about my degree in microbiology I am a retired registered trauma nurse 👩🏽⚕️ for 23yrs labor&delivery as well replacing Estrogen works👩🏽⚕️.

Ohhhh.... I got to get me one how you feel fan on the side of my bed every night and at the foot of my bed and it helps but I like that one though so I know I have to get one
I'm age 65 years old I never had night sweats my period stopped at age 50 that's was it that was my birthday present ever since I don't have any type of system I haven't had not once any night sweats I don't know what menopause feels like every one around me speaks of menopause i sleep comfortable that fan is awesome in the summer time menopause or not
