    in this video one wavenumber and different samples, but how i can choose 1 m/z value for all samples?

    Hi i have follow your instructions,but there's a problem. My PCA doesn't shows all the variables. For example I have 4 group type however in the graph only 3 variables were shown. Do you know how to fix it?
