    could you please advise what the results of this calculation from Oirgin will be as accurate as the calculations from using other standard statistical programs, such as R SPSS or not?

      @@StatisticsBio7 thanks for your response. For example if we have 18 parameters, two irrigation levels and 7 varieties. I already did PCA analysis, but I want to show irrigation levels and varieties as supplementry variables/observation on PCA diagram. Please help
