could you please advise what the results of this calculation from Oirgin will be as accurate as the calculations from using other standard statistical programs, such as R SPSS or not?
Hey Peerajit Vittaya, When it comes to the accuracy of statistical calculations, programs like Origin, R, and SPSS are all highly reliable. They use sophisticated algorithms to ensure precise results.
While there might be slight differences due to how each program handles calculations, these are usually minimal and shouldn't affect your overall conclusions.
To ensure you get accurate results, always double-check your data input and be aware of any default settings in the software you use.
You made it very simple...great
Nuce presentations. My concern is, in as much as you show the analysis and presentation type, could you talk about the analysis methods and when its used? This is to help those jot familiar with these analyses. Thank you
I am posting information related to that video or that study in all the videos posted now
Thanks for the video. PAST or OriginPro which one will you recommend for one to learn
Can you please give interpretation of this PCA biplot?
Fantastic presentation as ever. 👍👍👍 First of all , all thanks and goood wishes goes to you as I have taken many benefits from your videos. 🙏🙏🙏. One query-
Sir can we do Gibbs plot, pioer diagram , factor analysis, and HCA in origin ?
Sir PCA can’t be entered it says unsorted in the categories..what is the problem please help!
Thanks. Can you please let me know how we can show our supplementry observation/variables on PCA plot
Already I think explain that section so kindly check the video in clearly
@@StatisticsBio7 thanks for your response. For example if we have 18 parameters, two irrigation levels and 7 varieties. I already did PCA analysis, but I want to show irrigation levels and varieties as supplementry variables/observation on PCA diagram. Please help
Can you send ur dummy sample model data
I will try to analyse of the section after I will told u or upload model videos. Don't share ur orginal dataset
@@StatisticsBio7 kindly share your email address
Why OriginPro does not showing Multivariate analyses in Statistics tab?
originpro is multiple field analysis software it not only field of biology.
After 1 we do not consider the relationship
thanks for your information
Can we analyse PCA for uneven column length ???
Can u clearly explain ur question
Thanks bro, It helps a lot.
Can you draw such a diagram using R?
Very shortly uploaded it.
Please give an idea for making Piper diagrams yearly and monthly
I am trying to make it but not able to classify these samples yearly and monthly in graph.
I have 10 years of data monthly
In legend it shows all 120 sample
Please help me.
Can u send me dummy sample data model
@@StatisticsBio7 yes... Please give me your mail ID
