Complain to the manager if not asked back for your money further more it’s not safe for quest to be able to walk into each other’s room this is why things go missing in these places that is appalling in fact demand a change room asap a should a me dem wudda shame when dun bawl out wah a gwan dem wudda either gimme me money back or dem would off to put me inna the penthouse suite loool blessings from London England
The same thing happened to us. The neighbors walked in on us. We had one bed then the took them apart to make two twin beds. Overall it was ok but they had to come and lock the door between the two rooms.
Lol @walked in on us. Hope they didn't find you in an awkward moment. But that is a bit unsettling. Now I'll have to check every hotel room I check into just to make sure there is no adjoining room.
What? Other people walk in,all that other room wasnt yours,I would have used both room for 300 usa per night,no way I pay 300 or who pay 300 and somebpdy sleep on a pull out sofa,not even at 75 usa per night that happen
Hi beauty i love you energy ;} Listen i live in USA Miami Florida (Paradise) but m y favor place in the world is Jamaica , i been there 3 times on the same hotel because i got some good memories we know the all isle from ocho Rios to Negril , but anyways the last two time at Royalton was Horrible to expense the room are so bad conditions , that is so sad , we are plan to go back ,but we need to change hotel for sure , my husband and i we are looking forward to buy some small property there.. maybe one day we can met each other...
Stayed there last summer for 5 nights.....it was awful I spent all that money for nothing it was not cheap, I wanted to go home but I spent the money already....the pool was dirty I could go on and on 😕 I will never ever go back
Girl.. Royalton blue waters is better.. Although I had a similar situation over there but their rooms are bigger. And the reasons why the floors are wet is because of the condensation (they told us that if we leave the balcony door open it will cause that)
Trudi-Ann Forbes I agree hun .. Blue waters is definitely better. I stayed there that same night. Didn’t even sleep in my room at white sands . So I have another video coming reviewing the next room
I am currently staying at White Sands Royalton and they completely lied about the 5 Star rating. Compared to the other Royalton Resorts that I've stayed in this Resort should be rated no higher than 1 and a half stars. The people that work here are top notch and are very hospitable. But the Royalton is lying about the accommodations. This place is their oldest resort and is literally falling apart. Me and my wife shared our disappointment with management and they are upgrading us to a room at Royalton Blue Waters.

Royalton white sands is rubbish lol 😂 I could never stay in that hotel. I’m staying at the Royalton Negril in June… I pay for a specific room and I don’t like joining room.
Interesting if that’s so because my family has migrated from Jamaica to the U.S. and we’re going to the Royalton Negril next year. I know my family wouldn’t accept that though 😬

So sad. My last three visits to Jamaica I stayed at the Royalton Negril. The rooms are beautiful there. You should have asked for your money back

Blue Waters is way better with more space, 2 beds plus the pull out bed, a tub in the middle, walk-in shower, etc... That room at White Sands is crap.
