    Do you focus more on fats than carbs/protein? My cholesterol is too high but I love fats… I just had to cut out eggs and replace with tofu because of the amount of cholesterol in eggs :/ I also find I eat too much protein (100-126)& don’t know if that’s good or bad

      You should typically be eating .8-1gram per pound of body weight you have. For example, if you’re 120lbs, you should be eating around 120grams of protein a day.

    I found Thrive isnt always cheaper.... does anyone else feel that way? Ive checked on several items like Dr.Bronners body wash, Maca Powder to name some and thrive is defintely not cheaper....

    It looks tasty but you eat so much fat, which is very bad for digestion. And very little fruit. Fruit is good for digestion but eat it before the meal and not after otherwise you will get many intestinal problems.

      lmao everyone has different things that their body needs. she has discovered what makes her feel good to eat as she explains in prior videos. maybe fats are bad for your digestion but she seems to digest them just fine🥰
