Grandma is an ángel. She feeding this animals for 4 years woooow this reminds me to the white female dog i have feeding by two years and she wont someone near her too. She eats and go away. Thanks for rescating to Jangsoon. She is a cute female dog and deserve a second chance of life. I hope she recover well. Please let us know what will happen with Jangsoon and grandma and if they meet again.

Best way to get an animal that won't let you near it to let you near it is to keep feeding it like this, but every day just make it have to be SLIGHTLY closer to you in order to eat. Don't do anything but sit there and let it eat, each day closer and closer VERY slowly until it needs to be right next to you to eat, then feed it that way until it's comfortable doing it, then work on trying to touch it. I did this with a kitten, but it worked faster than usual. I got sick and missed feeding it one day, the next day it literally ran to me and just wasn't afraid anymore. Like it abruptly realized I was the one bringing the food to it. Since then he's become my house cat.

I felt Grandmother's tears. Lord only knows what this sweet dog has gone through to get close to her, but not allow her to touch him. I pray the cameras are rolling for a reunion, this woman saved this dog's life. Kudos to Grandmother. 4 yrs a job, well done!!

Honestly ive been watching this all night but this ep specically makes me wanna cry. A few years ago i had a cat, she wondered out of the house quite often and always came back so we normally didnt worry. One time we had to go on a trip, we left someone home so we could let her in when she got back. When she got back home (no one even knows how) her leg was severely injured, like shattered up to her hip and she had to get it amputated. She didnt make it though the surgery and it just kills me because i know i could have prevented her from getting hurt or at least been there before she died but i wasnt. It just makes me really happy to see an animal make it though and live a happy life. Now excuse me while i try to stop crying.

When an animal shivers like that or drools, it's in pain.
That kind of injuries is common when a dog is caught in a trap. They break the upper bones trying to get loose then finally chew their own leg off to escape.
All traps must be banned. It's like leaving live land mines. It needs to be a criminal act and prosecuted as such.

No, all traps should not be banned. Illegal trappers should be prosecuted with stricter penalties. Every licensed trapper I have known (I lived in North Dakota for awhile) always checked their traps at least once daily and humanely put down whatever they caught. Also their are safety latched required on legal traps that allow most animals that are unintentionally caught slip away without harm. It’s illegal poachers that set traps and check them once a month if that and that’s if they can remember where they set them. They still use claw traps which are pretty much banned everywhere now and could care less about the animal caught in the trap. They give trappers a very bad name all around with their poaching. Legal trappers get a strict quota and often trap animals like badgers which are considered a nuisance animals population in check. Please don’t disparage the people that follow the rules and love nature more than us most of the time. They are only putting food on the table and a roof over their heads. If you forward any petition on increasing the penalties for illegal trapping I will happily sign it as will the entire legal trapping community. Btw I am not a trapper or hunter. I have never done either of them. I just knew several many years ago and they loved animals and Mother Nature more than I do. Which is saying a lot.

Poor Jangsoon;perhaps the terrible injury was somehow caused by a human which made him not want to get too close to anyone and maybe 4 years ago,the grandmother was the only person who was kind enough to feed him so well.This kept him alive but after so long,the infection affected his whole body.I am grateful he is now being medically treated but please let us know of the outcome and if

I'm surprised thet didn't remove the entire leg as it's all useless now. I hope it got to go home to Grandma. If she feed the dog for 4 years I'm sure she would continue. I'm glad the dog got the care it needed. Good puppy!!
I thought the same thing, but i think that because the dog had a skin disease as well, it was easier to just amputate the infected part and stitch it back up with skin that wasn't affected rather amputating the whole leg and stitching it back with what could possibly infected skin.
Maybe because one day she might get a prosthetic leg

I think it has a lot to do with balance and the dog could really benefit from having more than less of the leg. The had to cut the bone due to the jagged edges, then use the skin flap to sew it up. So I don’t really think the leg had an infection.

I think that dog was caught in a trap and somehow managed to extricate herself. Perhaps this is why she became wary. And the mange had to be just worrisome and painful. I hope she heals and gets a great loving home.

People learn to love from dogs! You come home in the evening Broken, tired and hungry ... You cross your threshold Feeling the cold floor with my foot ... No mood, no strength Throwing bags doomed ... And suddenly, like a whirlwind, under your feet, Lump rushes and blinks sleepily! Two coals burn with happiness And the tail flashes like an arrow! And you forget about bad weather About all the worries and deeds! Stretch out your hand - And the cold will press Wet nose to hand! And the heart will beat joyfully And the blood pulsates in the temple! It's so good that the world is Such loyal friends They are as naive as children You cannot offend them in any way! After all, they hate human passions Betrayal and vanity ... They don't need the pursuit of power And the thirst for money is alien to them! If they love - without self-interest, If they serve - from the Soul! Great Great Dane and Mastiffs, Rottweilers and babies ... Everything, regardless of height, From age and from breeds ... Probably, let's say very simply, That this is the whole Dog family! And maybe the poet is right after all? I can’t believe that this is a lie ... The closer you get to know People, The more you like DOGS!
