This is exactly what we needed! We are almost done our shop reno, and FINALLY will be getting out machine fired up. This just took the fear away from what to do after it plugged in. We will be in touch once it is, but this was a GREAT video. Please please make more like this. Very well done. Thanks

Damn these look like great machines. I ended up buying a Laguna Swift and, although the machine does have some strong points, I've had nothing but issues. I did upgrade to the Masso G3 Touch, but now it's the matter of overcoming that learning curve.

We have a full team of people that can come on-site to help with any issues or training related situations. CanCam prouds itself on being able to support our customers when they purchase one of our machines.
I hope you are able to resolve your issues with your current Laguna machine.

How about a video on routine maintenance and care of your machine?

I also think the video was great. You should make some short videos on topics like the work place origins. I understand there are work place origins but was not sure how it relates to the program offsets. I have been typically just had large offsets to different locations on a jig board but maybe that is where I should be using the work place origins instead.

Just a few suggestions. The last 2 mins should likely be at the start of the video. I would also start with performing an emergency stop scenario so we can get use to that. I had a failure today that dropped a tool. Another tool I put through the board.
    Tomorrow will be better.
A maintenance video would be helpful.
