Shorts videos with no recipe are intended for discovery and the creators have full recipes on their recipe websites. It's rarely a mystery where the recipe can be found so I don't understand all the comments that shame creators for taking the time to create quick shorts so people can find their content. It's time consuming for creators to repurpose all their content on different channels, in different formats only for people to hate on them if they are forced to visit an actual recipe website to prepare the meal
I love these recipes! I adore takeout food as a busy Mum. Also side note, I have the exact same pan 😂 Got it yesterday and loving it so far. It’s such a nice feeling when the same things in my home I see on UA-cam shorts under a great cooking channel. I don’t know why just makes me happy 😊
I just made this using low sodium soy sauce to cut back a little on the salt. Also, I couldn’t find tamarind paste, so I just used a little more of the other sauce ingredients. Even without the tamarind, it tastes delicious and it made enough for 5-6 meals! Thanks for the recipe.
I could eat this every day of my life. The only thing I'd change about your recipie is a) change the onion to shallot its sweet and complex and B) put your green onions in after the noodles and sauce it gives more texture to the green onion,don't want soggy green onions
Its a hexclad pan. Expensive set but a million percent worth it. I got a large set for Christmas and threw away every pot and pan I owned except my cast iron and my large pot 🤣
Dang love these recipes but converting to American measurements is such a pain. Like how the hell much is 600g of rice noodle?? That’s when it’s wet right? How do I measure that out 😣
