I absolutely love the acting. But I hate how the logic in horror films like these are not accurate. Like imagine if they do what you would do in real life would be more chilling.
I don’t know who the actor is but whoever played Shaun DESERVES to be recognized! not a lot of actors especially in short films can give the watcher that kind of thrill in just a few seconds.

Shawn's actor is genuinely incredible. That "NO YOU DAMMIT I GAVE IT TO YOU. YOU HAVE TO WATCH IT!" is absolutely chilling when what he's really saying hits, and then his desperate attempt to stop him from going back??? I *NEED* to see more of this guy, he's amazing.
That final one has to be the BEST short horror film I've ever seen. Acting was perfect the story was perfect, no cheap Jumpscares just perfectly built suspense

The acting in Other Side of the Box was extremely good, Shawn screaming at Ben through the phone about HIM watching the box had me on the edge of my seat. That was so scary lmao, props to ALTER and their actors and actresses.
Imagine if the reason why Shawn told him not to go back is because Ben's house was being turned into "bigger box"? Shawn told the thing to not let him leave the house, and it was making the house more hospitable for it to survive, water and darkness.

The whole movie was a masterpiece but Shaun, man his acting actually got me feeling like im in the scene. The whole concept is clever and very well executed as well.
Of course, the last short film was AMAZING!! But the best thing was the attention to detail. When Ben searches for her towards the end and sees the group of "other ppl" at the top of the stairs, Rachel is now amongst the "other ppl" from the box. The horror on dude’s face when Shawn told him “I GAVE THE BOX TO YOU!” was when he knew he messed up immediately got chills then at the end with all those people standing at the top of the stairs and they started to come closer each time he looked away not only that but he had to look at other dude as well bro had noooooo chance in winning in that situation

It's a bit more than sweat, I'm afraid. If you look at the knife on the floor, you can see the blade is wet. Rachel tried to defend herself when it got out of the box, but it has no blood. I don't think that shotgun would have worked.
He could've actually beaten that thing at the end. He could've walked over to the guy and kept his eyes on him, when they came down the stairs it's only that one door so he would be at an angle to see all of them. But eventually, he probably would've been screwed anyway. Honestly, he messed up the moment he left her with it. I would NEVER leave my girlfriend or boyfriend alone with that thing. Ever.
