I did! Lager isn't an easy style to get right, doing it during the big snow in 2010 didn't help either. It ended up being totally flat. Would like to have another go sometime with the new equipment!
@@spoofedpacketdotnet I wouldn't mind trying that revised version! I reckon the plant I'm working in could be repurposed very effectively as a serious brewery. Anaerobic digestion shares a lot of commonalities with brewing.
