Question: when you draw eyelashes at a 3/4 angle and they stick out, do they count as the eye when you're measuring its distance or do you ignore it?

Hi, can you explain how you instantly select & fill at 2:00?
Like, personally, I'd had to either use lasso or fully connect lines and then auto-select what's inside.
The way you do it seems so fast and easy...
