I would say...very sore as if you have been ranned over by a bus, or as if you have worked out for 3 hours straight. However your body will feel like that if you don’t eat like that everyday. After i eat a lot of carbs, the next day, when i touch my face or anywhere, it feels like my body is going to pop like a balloon. That’s all the sodium.

I’ve eaten like 3000 calories in 1 sitting and I literally was in pain in 3 days. Worse decision I ever made. Now I’m doing a 3 days fast.
