It's called fuel canister. When fuel evaporates inside the gas tank, the excess vapour are transferred to the canister. They're stored there until they can safely be transferred back to the engine to be burned with the normal air-fuel mixture.
Depends upon color quality and body condition. In usual condition u can get it done from around 7-10k medium quality, 13-18k medium quality and 20-25k High
