Ah, finally a GT4 S review! I've been considering getting these for a while now, and I might just pull the trigger thanks to your review.
The best review that I had watched about GT4s, tanks from Brazil.
It's been a year since your review. Should I buy it now? Is it worth it, or do you have any other recommendations?
Do you know if works on PS5 ?
better this or hecate gx05 in term of delay?
I also don't particularly care for ANC nor do many phone calls but still find the mic quality off-putting. Can the mic in the earbud be disabled to use smartphone's internal mic instead?
I have a pair of KZ ZSN Pro X that sound great for the money (27 USD when I bought it) but I made the mistake of buying the version that comes with a mic because ir was only 2 USD more expensive. And I effectively got a 2 USD mic. And I can't disable it in Android 11 so every time I need to answer a call or record a voice message I have to unplug the earbuds.
Yeah, it's not the best microphone. You could maybe look into the Bluetooth settings in Android for that specific device, maybe there's stuff you can turn off to disable that
@@TechRodent It's a good suggestion but mine are wired earbuds and it seems like Android 11 will use whatever is connected even other apps are set to use always the built-in mic.

These earbuds are useful for gaming only.
I don't know what is wrong with Tech Rodent's ears.
For music, don't buy. Trust me, it obviously sucks. Still sucks even after some EQ adjustments. (Original tuning is too much bass, instruments and vocals not clear).
For gaming, should consider, coz it comes with both USB and Type C dongles for this price point.
Almost zero lag playing FPS games on both PC and Android (of course with dongle). This is the only plus of this TWS.
Build quality looks cheap (You can see in the video, too).
I'd rather recommend Black Shark Joybuds Pro for music. It's a real good deal under 100 dollars price point. (Stylish, too, with ANC and in app controls).
Did you try triple tapping the earbuds to change their modes from music/ gaming etc, otherwise the only thing I can say is that it's preference because my brother prefers it to his Sony earbuds as well
Of course I have tried many ways to make these sound better. Triple tap to switch modes while my EQ has been set to flat and after some tweaks. I know that EQ only makes its bass lesser, mids more stronger and more treble. I'm just disappointed with the driver quality. Edifier is a good brand for money (I own TWS1 Pro which already discontinued, and D12 Speaker, loved both of them). But for Hecate, that's a different story. No gaming, no Hecate.
