As a child, I wore socks in bed religiously, but as an adult I cannot anymore. I do find removing my socks when not in bed makes me sleepy and tired, so have to keep them on to stay awake when watching TV or reading! I'm not surprised your socks remove themselves in bed - angels almost always have bare feet, so that's nature keeping you divine!

Fascinating facts about sleep. I sometimes have awful waking dreams where it feels like I've woken up but I haven't. Some quite scary things happen in that state. I have a test now to make sure if I'm really awake or not, I try and turn on my bedside light. If I can't, I know I'm not awake. There was one night where I got out of bed, went downstairs and went to sit outside. I thought that if I was to wake up right then and be sitting there, I would be really scared. However, when I woke up I was in bed. I don't think I went outside at all, it was just a vivid dream. I think I'm just weird lol

I've recently moved in with a cat owner and was always wondering if she had a broken sleeping schedule or if it was normal for her to sleep at my window so often at daytime for such short periods.

Personally I can't go to sleep without socks on my feet. But it's not to regulate my temp, it's more to keep my feet from feeling dry. I always need contact on my feet to feel comfy
Ohh interesting, sometimes when I've put loads of cream on I'll wrap them up in socks to keep the moisture in
