We're having trouble adjusting off contact with the two knobs. One seems to adjust the top of the screen, the other the bottom. We have the Riley R300, any advice?
There's a couple knobs that you can adjust in this case. The front knob that sticks forward is your tilt knob which tilts your screen up or down.. As for off contact there should only be one set of knobs that sits vertically. The bottom knob locks up the setting while the top knob is the off contact adjustment.. You will need to loosen the bottom knob to "unlock" the setting and then adjust your top knob to finally adjust your off contact. Afterward, tighten the bottom knob again to lock the off contact in place.

Can I print film positive on normal inkjet printer? or I need special one

You can print film positive on a normal inkjet printer, but the results will vary.
Why would the off contact change depending on the ink? More so, what would be the off contact be for each ink?

Hey Jack,
Off contact changes more depending on the garment than it does the ink. The off contact for each type of ink will be different for the types of garments you print on.
