And also layering the smoky ones first and then putting the TLP’s on top so they could shine gave them even more depth oh my gosh, how smart are you? That’s beautiful that’s a cool idea.
I absolutely love this, Britt! It is gorgeous!! Skeleton is a great way to describe it! I see water or a bare winter tree covered in snow and ice! You knocked this one out of the park, Beautiful! Very nice job!! ❤
Britt, this is so amazing. 🥰 I noticed immediately the colors in the blowout starting to shrink like elastic, back into themselves. I was like... whoa, look at what it's doing! LOL!
Wow, that's so cool looking. I was going to say it looks like a tree as well with a stormy sky behind it! Your colours are stunning!! Way to go girlfriend!! ❤
Britt, you made this look very pretty with the translucent base coat. I tried it a while back and gave up. 😅 But this piece is really magical. No, I think you are the magic.
Wow Britt! The color gradient and blending as well as that shadow effect is absolutely GORGEOUS!! I've been doing a lot of resin art lately... but I feel inspiration coming on to do an acrylic painting! 💙
@@BrittClaytonDesign Right now I've been setting up an abstravt acrylic painting after being inspired by Roser Art. He uses a lot of texture...which after the acrylics.. it will be coated in resin. I always follow my inspiration .. it's where my passion lies. My next painting will be inspired by you and the transluscent bg. Thank you so much Britt! 💙
Simply Beautiful!!!!!!! Love the colors. I just want to ask you for your recipe and measurements for the transparent base please, I would love to try this technique. Thanking you in advance 🙂🙂
@@marthaburge5209 - thanks Martha! Yes, it was definitely planned. Thats why I put down the Pewter first as it was the darkest color. I wanted it to create a shadow.
Wow… Wow😮 that’s a total cool effect using that as a base it draws your paint up… I didn’t think of that🎉🎉
Yes, I love this piece as well😊

Thank you Yuvonne! The recipe is in the description of the video.
I really love how it looks like the design has a shadow behind it. Was this planned or just happened?
@@marthaburge5209 - thanks Martha! Yes, it was definitely planned. Thats why I put down the Pewter first as it was the darkest color. I wanted it to create a shadow.
@@BrittClaytonDesign I love it. Beautiful! Thank you!
This is beautiful! Bougie in Blues. What makes the base coat translucent? Is it simply that it’s a thinned out base?
Thanks Mikie! This base is untinted house paint, so it dries clear and you can see thru it.
Just curious… What would happen if you did that andspun it out
I don’t think I would have the cool lines and movement in the composition.
