    hello i am having trouble with my new hp pavilion 15 ehoo50wm
    i put my laptop in sleep mode yesterday and when i open my laptop it was hot and it was on but the display was black and i turned it off and one it did't work but it worked after third attempt it has happen second time can you help me what's wrong with it thank you

      +Madan Magar Please perform updates via Windows and HP Support Assistant as mentioned below to fix this issue: Step 1 Windows Updates - 1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates. 2) Check for updates. 3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer. Step 2 HP Support Assistant Updates - 1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant. 2) Check for updates. 3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

    Can I replace my elitebook 840's keyboard with any normal hp keyboard because i don't want that small nub in between (it creates me problem while typing) ??

    Please help me! I don't know how to get ahold of someone. Your website is a nightmare.
    I've aligned it 4 times already. It begins printing at the very top of the paper, cuts off the bottom as well as the right portion of whatever it is I'm printing. I need to print some business cards. Please help me??

      - If connected to computer may I know the operating system installed on it?
      - Are you receiving any error message?
