- Two veterans of the SJBL's fleet are back for an all out photo charter spectacular! With each of the 4-8-2 Mountains having a different approach to how well the event should go, how much friction would this cause between the railfans and engines?

@@harrisonofcolorado8886 Yes, but 1522 was kind of an honorary member of the Norfolk Southern steam program. Not owned by them, but often made trips with them. The infamous derailment that would silence 611 until 2015 helped to end the steam program, shrinking the areas were 1522’s group could run and make money. Ya lose money, but the insurance costs go up. I think you see what I’m getting at here.
Also 1522 itself derailed in 1999 during a test run. That's what we were referencing.

@@joneau261 Speaking of which, I downloaded NYC L4b 3135 from the DLS, and even in T:ANE the model still looks like a TS12 model. Is your current model of Nathan a reskin (proper NYC tender text font, a better coat of black paint, smoke deflectors, etc)?

Now I think of it I don't think we have any 4-8-2's running these days, mostly we got northerns, mallets, consolidations, pacific's maybe switchers, prairies, mikados and american type but no challengers, hudsons, atlantics, mountains nor any operating 4-10-2's.
Don't forget the Berkshires. They seemed to have taken most of the spotlight in the community.
The Mountain types are old but large. Most mainline engines are younger "War Baby" eras, and most tourist engines are smaller sizes. The 4-8-2 simply got squeezed out.
Well a little bummed that Frank had to go I was hoping he was back to stay but I hope he will be back again someday. But It was great episode i love Frisco 1522 the most I miss that mountain the most of all.
Well considering that they’re basing it mostly off of real life railroading, we’re probably gonna have to wait 5 years for him to come back
He does come back in the end as in the K&L special he is seen at the round house
Still I am going to miss Frisco 1522 I loved that mountains loud exhaust and the locomotive all over. Hope Frank will return one day

@@ironphilly2366 The Ben model (the non-TRS2019 one)can be downloaded at a site called Subpar Productions. As for the 2019 model (or any of the mountain types), I don't know. There is a Russian website called TrainzLand.ru that might be able to help download those. If you can't find them via names, search them up in the Auran DLS, then use the creator's content ID to search them up in Trainzland. Usually, anything under Trainz 2010 ed. can be found on it. (That is how I also found a ROLLINS PASS route for Trainz 2009 and below, though it was unfinished, so I had to mod it.)
