I hope that they will rebalance (revert?) this in a future update. They've done this before, where they agressively introduce a new setting or mechanism and ultimately dial it back (a lot) to make it playable and/or keep a pretense of realism (thinking of soldiers foot, hordes, ...) After all, I think it's a choice between going "arcade but more balanced for combat" or "realistic but less balanced for combat". Me personally, I hope they pick realism over arcade, but I'm afraid the game has slipped too far down the arcade path that it will never recover and become the true survival sim I hoped it would become.

That only shows the blueprint for the backseat when its removed, its not the full build so the only blueprint on the bike atm is the small one, the medium one should be there when it goes out hopefully tomorrow 🤞🏻good shout though as it comes off and sometimes things need to come off to be able to get to other parts
I know we are PVE too, if players wanted to use turrets i would make some server quests with certain parts for rewards, had quests on my server for years so will just add them that way, you can change the ini files to have certain things spawn in certain locations so its more than doable👍🏻
I have to ask why make the Mac 10 use the wrong caliber correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Mac 10 45cal,mac11 9mil mac12 380, in irl why use different calibers?
They didn't let jog come in when you go below 80% on release so its more weight related with the speed now, still more things to do though,no more crazy moon jumping too, carry less go farther, makes sense in a way, i only have 1 con so the struggle continues for me lol
Its more realistic i can fully apreciate what they done. U would not be sprinting arround with a big gun and full backpack irl. When it comes to jumping tho i can jump all day irl without getting tired. The reason they nerfed jumping is because people where running arround and jumping like a bunny to dodge bullets and i was fine with that. However the rest of it comes down to your stats and how heavy your gear and backpack is 😊
@@Wilksey75 it was i dont disagree, i like to snipe from high up in the hils tho. and sometimes i need to pass alot of rocks and stuff. it made it a bit harder to do so without taking alot of stamina breaks. I feel like two jumps are to little to get exausted maybe if it was 3-4 jumps it would be better 🙂
@@SimseMus-hv9pi Its gonna hit PVPers a little more i think because you have to move constantly so 3 or 4 jumps but getting smaller every jump would be great, it can get hairy atm when you get caught out,if you have more con you should get a little more oomph lol
It always baffled me as to why gaming devs could never get the placement of magnified optics so wrong. They place them so far forward and then they place the red dot sights so far back to the rear, which is quite the opposite... Plus I need to know why they decided to place the charging handle for the scar on the right instead of the traditional left-hand side. Again, just strange.
Maybe someone missed the handle not being on the correct side, i never realised that until now, so hard getting things right when there are so many eyes, hopefully the polishing stage will correct a lot of the smaller details 👍🏻

🤣yeah stamina has become more of a thing to watch out for and make your movements count, carry less, go further, the jumping has caught me out but im getting used to it

So they changed a couple of settings as they did many times before and call it a gamechanger update ? Scum team just in their regular manner. Do nothing. While all prime bugs and problems is still there, like - rediculous gaps in square and triangular roofs (their coders do not cares about maths) - stupid one by one pulling out bolts, nails and paper clips - stupid mob spawns just from out of nowhere with no reason or logic - always bugged AI lets mobs to just walk through hte walls in idle mode - dead boring locations with nothing to do like nuclear powerplant - idiotic 'hunting' spawning sound puzzle which is not real hunting because there is no animals before you spawn them with it - stupid inreasonable hard bunkers with the same spawning system of thousands of mobs right on your shoulder - weakhead economics with fairytale mercants in the middle of massacre. this killed natural economics existed before when players collected and repaired weapons and stuff - worst raid and lockpiking system in entire game industry which is good only for cheaters - and ALL of those and much more problems are 5-7 years OLD and dev just dont give a f. instead of fixing it they just adding some cosmetics and making weekly videos of themselves chilling in their office and doing nothing.

I agree with most of your points though, the Devs could be doing better but I think they have too much on their plates now. It’s just annoying to see someone come in here, shit on the game & the Devs and then leave without even watching the video.
Most of this should be addressed in the polishing stage which itself will be huge, I've asked about certain things in the past and that's when I've been told it will be fixed or adjusted, we just need to wait until then, when the game finished it will be a different kettle of fish, i haven't a clue about game developing, trying to get all this stuff working in harmony cant be easy,they will get there

Some of the things they’ve implemented haven’t had the effects they’ve expected obviously, so I don’t blame them for everything. Sometimes the community is to blame as well with all the suggestions and demands. Hope the polishing stage and 1.0 coming up looks good.
@@HighDiver5555 Its a big game with so many avenues and ways things can go its nuts and cant be easy, they were knackered after this update as so much has gone into the game up to now and with 1.0 close the pressure is ramping up and time is getting shorter, i can say after all these years of knowing them they work hard and do listen to everything and take note but too much negative criticism goes their way and its unnecessary especially when its still in EA, i tell people its like throwing a stone into a pond with each update, its causes ripples and will affect anything that's around it in game which then may need a fix, they will only fix something now thats really broke,if its working but it just needs a small tweak or visual change it can wait until the polishing stage so they can concentrate on whats needed now, that makes sense to me, Ive seen the suggestions page in discord and its massive and keeps growing lol, weve stop dropping them now unless its really important lol
Depends on what you do or how you play I guess,I play for the pure surviving element, just naturally with low loot and tough puppets and it gives me plenty of a challenge, the main thing for me is playing with other players,as many as poss, great fun, things are always improving every update, i wouldn't hang your Scum hat up mate, Its the NPCs im wanting big time

This update looks great to me.
Some actual slope walking animations would complete that movement rework... Minus a few other minor bugs.
Hopefully more will be added and it gets a tweak for going up and down slopes,would be really cool that😎
Try to remove back seat and then install the medium storage on top of the bike where the seat was.

Man, they can't help but keep making the game less enjoyable every time I think of coming back 😅

Turrets seems pretty worthless at the moment, aside from the flamethrower, the lack of accuracy makes them useless

I liked the graphics back in 0.6 or 0.7 I think it was before they changed it, i find it doesnt look as good anymore
