- We've been stoked to come back to Jacksonville Beach, Florida for Red Bull Night Riders for 2 years now. I can't think of a better way for the FLA to welcome us than with the first big & nasty Nor'easter of the year. Night Riders had to get bumped to Sunday morning, making it Red Bull Light Riders, but it was in fact the biggest & best swell of the year in Jax Beach! Stoked to be here FOR THE DREAM!!! - Ben

Florida is so Sharky, especially the east coast. There is no way in hell I’d go ride there at night. I’d say that is the best reason for calling it off.
Facts. I’m surprised these guys don’t have more encounters. Watching dudes go out before sunrise in Mexico always makes me nervous. Florida had a streak of Bull shark attacks extremely close to the beach for awhile, it’s best to stay out of the water when it’s feeding hours.
Duval has had 46 shark bites since 1837 So chances are very slim there, but truth about best not to surf/swim around sunrise and sunset or if there are large amounts of bait fish running the beach as mistakes happen. Just the risk everyone takes getting in the water when I’m reality your drive to and from the beach is more dangerous

Yea they will have them. Multiple board shops have it. Two Board shops in ocean city nj will have them I think it heritage. They have surf shops in most of the south Jersey beach towns
