You captured Kara perfectly with this video. Most people see Kara as Supergirl and they forget that before she was Supergirl she was Kara Danvers. She is one of the strongest characters I seen on a show along with Clarke Griffin. My absolute favorite part of this video was from 2:56 to 3:05.
This is perfect and I relate to the character so much it makes me cry and just watching her keep going as I am I think people who do that are strong and it's amazing to have such a strong female superhero and Melissa is just talented and she's like us she's been depressed and struggled it's nice to have that in common with her it's not just me there's many out there good work

This is really beautiful, now that I've snatched the first comment. Kara's pain just makes me so sad because she's so strong and it's really hard to see her knocked down. I don't really ship her with anyone, I just really want her to be happy. She deserves to be happy. You know me, I don't ship Kara with anyone either and I've been waiting for this aspect of her to be explored since the end of Season 1 so I'm glad it's finally happening. As horrible as that sounds, Kara's pain works for me right now and is a necessary step for her development as a character. Of course being happy in who she is, is the thing I'm looking forward to most, she needs to be happy for herself before because a relationship won't give her that.
She deserved an happy ending more than any hero , others tried to protect their loved ones while she made sure everyone would be loved no matter what . At least she should get her soulmate even if it won’t have been mon el .

The first most important thing is your media has to look good because you can't make a clip that looks bad already look good quality wise. So right now there's this misconception of having 1080p media, whilst that does play a factor it's actually the bitrate of the media that counts more than the aspect ratio. I'm willing to bet one TV show episode's average file size for you is anywhere from 150mb to maybe 500mb per episode so the bitrate isn't going to be great on a file that size. Now my episodes of a TV Show are around 3GB each! Now that's a pretty big file for just an episode you maybe thinking, that's because the bitrate is much higher. We may be both editing at 1080p but my media has more data. Second, you have to have the right render/export settings. There's this HUGE misconception in the vidding community where people post tutorials on 'the best render/export settings' but truth be told it's not a one size fits all. You need to know a bit of the technical side to reap the best results. Like I can tell you right now your Wayhaught videos are in the wrong frame rate, and it looks like you've possibly exported in an interlaced format, not a progressive one which is possibly why you've ended up with those lines that come up with movement. If you want to go further into to it feel free to message me on discord, tumblr or twitter (which ever you prefer) I can have a look at your media and project settings to help you get on the right track.

Ingvild Meng Hansen Gudde You don't need Sony Vegas to be able to see 6 channels of audio but you need any editing software which enables you to work with multiple audiotracks because not all do or they're limited. Also the media has to be 6 channels and not in stereo to begin with.
How long does it takes you to make a video like this? How to you come up with ideas to all the different clips, and where do you record them? I mean, do you have to watch through every episode to record all those small clips? (sorry for many questions, I just want to try make a video like you :) )
- For this edit, it was about 2-3 weeks to make. I didn't edit everyday so let's say if you combine the amount of hours probably like a week to make. - The song is the foundation for the edit, so we just base it of the theme of the song with relevant clips. - They're not recorded, they're full episodes that are downloaded/ripped so we can edit with them. We don't cut them into smaller clips or anything they're just whole episodes that are cut in the edit.

Second, you have to have the right render/export settings. There's this HUGE misconception in the vidding community where people post tutorials on 'the best render/export settings' but truth be told it's not a one size fits all. You need to know a bit of the technical side to reap the best results.
Like I can tell you right now your Wayhaught videos are in the wrong frame rate, and it looks like you've possibly exported in an interlaced format, not a progressive one which is possibly why you've ended up with those lines that come up with movement. I love them! :D How do you separate the voices from the background music that are in the episodes? (if you know what I mean, kind of hard to explain what I mean with that question)
I use media where the audio is separated into 6 channels of audio.
Ingvild Meng Hansen Gudde You don't need Sony Vegas to be able to see 6 channels of audio but you need any editing software which enables you to work with multiple audiotracks because not all do or they're limited. Also the media has to be 6 channels and not in stereo to begin with.
How long does it takes you to make a video like this? How to you come up with ideas to all the different clips, and where do you record them? I mean, do you have to watch through every episode to record all those small clips? (sorry for many questions, I just want to try make a video like you :) )
- For this edit, it was about 2-3 weeks to make. I didn't edit everyday so let's say if you combine the amount of hours probably like a week to make.
- The song is the foundation for the edit, so we just base it of the theme of the song with relevant clips.
- They're not recorded, they're full episodes that are downloaded/ripped so we can edit with them. We don't cut them into smaller clips or anything they're just whole episodes that are cut in the edit.

Supergirl isn't on Netflix here. We get our episodes from iTunes and then when the Blu-ray comes out we rip the Blu-ray.
