Nice car. I found 2 bel Air sedans for sale in 2017. Bought them both and frame off restored one. Love the 58s! I put a 396bbc w/ 700 r4 in mine. Neptune blue firemist/ arctic white paint
Beautiful old car! My grandmother had a '58 Biscayne, green & white, similar to this car (with the two taillights in the back, vs. the three on the higher trims). It was a lovely car and I loved the smooth ride.
I had one exactly like this (same exterior 2-tone color & green interior) back in 1974 that I bought from the original elderly owner for $450.00. It was the same color in and out, but mine had the optional 348 big-block V8 coupled to the optional TurboGlide automatic. Cars back then only had a 5-digit odometer, so what looks like only 37k miles is really 137k. Given the amount of oil film & dirt build-up on that 235 engine, there's NO way an engine with only 37k miles would produce that amount of crankcase blow-by.
Please can you tell me how you put your seat belts on the front seat I can’t figure it out the top seat is one piece with the bottom seat I will have to cut holes in seat back

i would drive it as it is
Nice car. Restore rather than modify. "58 owner as well.
Those spots on the seats are called peter tracks
My first car was a Delray, 235 and 3 on the tree, 90mph was top speed. I learned to drive bouncing it off things
That is a real treasure as they did not make that many of that model.

I ❤The 4 Door I'm A 4 Door Guy.
Mine was red over white.
It's in Nice condition
What are you doing with the Maverick?!
I'll be adding a boost controller this spring, possibly switching to E85 as well

The color combination in and out is not common. If you have a change of mind I'd be interested in buying it the way it is.
Is it for sale and what's the price
I would leave it alone
That's Low Mileage Great.
58 had a really UGLY dash..compare it to the same year olds...what a difference!
