THIS IS FUN!!!!! I don't have much done on this beat, but like usual, I thought I would upload the beginnings of it. It's been one of my favorite beats to work on so far. It'll be on my next CD for sure.
I'm super-thankful for all the comments, subscriptions, and for those that check out my CD.
FYI: I made the beat using FL Studio (software) and the Yamaha Motif XS8. The patch I'm using is called "Buzz Around". Again, I like this new keyboard, but I discovered I'm not a fan of weighted keys (except for piano stuff). I might trade down to the XS7 eventually.

Here 13 years later, and I’m still blown away. Like, every single note, especially from 1:28 to 1:34, is hit with such incredible pinpoint precision.
I love how he smiles so much while jamming. You never see that in most musicians these days. But then again how could you not smile when you are creating music of the gods from your fingertips.
Most people get caught up making music which will be perceived as godly, where this guy is just just loves how it feels.

Found my old UA-cam account, scrolled through my favorites, and found this gem from 16 years ago. Absolutely amazing!
I just love, love LOVE how after Ronald gets done absolutely SLAYING a track he's instantly laughing and having a good time, reflecting on how much fun he just had! So down to earth and humble and totally in music for all of the right reasons. Even though I play drums in a drastically different genre of music than his, I can easily say that Ronald is truly an inspiration of mine!

This was honestly one of the first youtube videos I remember watching when I was younger. I randomly thought of you, and how I used to have all your music on my old Mp3 players because I imported them from CD and waited the ludicrous amount of hours to have them go from CD to Computer to Mp3...I turned on 8tracks and one of the users featured you in a playlist and nostalgia hit me like a truck. I came back to this video, the first one I ever watched of yours, and just wanted to write you saying I appreciate you as a human being, your music fills my soul with joy and my dream is to one day have you come here and perform with me on a show in Toronto.

I remember about twelve years ago or so it just so happened that I became fascinated with reading books by Osho and other esotericism.
I remember a girl, who recommended some wonderful books to me. She shared this music with me, which I immediately found on the Internet and downloaded to my phone.
"You are a genius, Ronald!" I was thinking in awe while listening to the music first time.
I remember walking to work and dancing to this music ... I didn't pay attention to people, I just walked and danced. I danced in the rain, danced in the snow, danced in the cold and danced in the heat...
I imagined like I was playing this music for the universe, and the planets were moving to the beat of the music, and swaying left and right, left and right.
I experienced such happiness and love of the universe that it was hard to describe. It was as if the hand of God had touched me.
I was not drunk, I wasn't on substances, I just was and am happy when I listen to this music.
And now, I am still imagining giant reels for D.J. and playing my music for the planets of the solar system.

Really don't mean anything bad by it, but I just really prefer some of his live recordings over the studio versions. This I feel is a lot more raw and genuine and less processed. Really really really amazing.
