I liked the Wolfpack. As for why the media didn’t jump all over Larry for losing the 85 championship is because he was the MVP of the league. He was white and he was good. Period! He was better than magic. He went straight to Dr J’s face in 80. It was a great rivalry it was exciting and fun.
Eazy didn't change his lifestyle as Magic had. He kept partying. His immune system was not at its greatest. When you're smoking & drinking all the time. Plus, Magic was already healthy.

I think bcs of the sport Magic did his whole life, he strengthend his immune system and the shedulded testing he had to do as a pro basketball player, worked in Magic's favor. I'm glad, he lives that long. I really like him and Bird, too. I think they can't be seperated anyways. Without one, the other wouldn't exist in this way! I think they are a prime example, how good everyone can get along and even become best friends, if we only listen to our brain and heart and not to the "lovely" media.

Being in high school in the 80s, even if you didn't like basketball you cooked Bird vs. Magic. (I had a 16 year old crush on MCCale!) I truly believe Larry and Magic always loved each other as friends (which showed with the HIV nightmare), and they still today. Issah - he was horrible and certainly didn't belong on the Dream Team. Don't blame Jordan. The US didn't want him representing us. That amazing team wouldn't exist if he was on it.
