I just got the forerunner 255 cause I enjoyed the GC app a lot more than my HK and AW. Can I still use that feature for tracking and training on the 255?
Thanks for the insight! The marathon plan overall looked interesting to me, but I have a Coros watch. Wish there was a way to see all the workouts in a normal calendar format so i could program my workouts into the Coros app.
Would be nice! You can view the workouts weeks/days in advance and build the workout and schedule them in the Coros App. But yeah that would be a few extra steps!
As someone who has trained and competed as a natural bodybuilder for 25 years (started at 20), I'll be charitable and say Nicks physique is suspicious at best while you are natural. Not a runner like yourself, but in addition to bodybuilding I also compete in ultra endurance bike races. In both disciplines there are a lot of folk who are on PEDs -their choice- but keep in mind that its a huge component of why identical inputs dont yield identical results. Beyond this, my recovery time from an endurance event or even a 4 hr leg day is 2-4x longer than someone who cheats and is able to get back to training much faster with less pain. Not hating on Nick, but the ethics of juicing then selling supplements/programs as a natural is morally repugnant

How does it work with Apple Watch? Any experience on here?
I would have to revisit the app. I Started the App on week 1 when in launched. It had no support for apple watch. Strictly Garmin Only.

I downloaded and started using the app the first month it released. Back then there wasn't an advanced option 🫤
